This store lied to me and sold me a defective scooter. Sold a scooter that was I was promised would go 60 mph, can't even go 45. Was told I would get a cover and full tank of gas, that was a lie. When I tried to drive the scooter home, it died twice. Men came by to fix it, but they can't fix how slow the thing goes, the defective foot pedal, the broken headlights. I called to try to remedy the situation, the salesman hung up on me. Then he said, because I was telling him the problems with the scooter which was obviously a lemon, he told me I was harassing him and he was calling the police. Please, please do not waste your money. I am out $2,000. Don't let this happen to you! They won't even try to help me!

Well when you first meet them you think these are scooter sales men. Then your new scooter starts having problem after problem at least it did for me! They are fast to tell you they will fix it and how the lemon law works but they wont fix it till the part truck comes in witch in my case was 3 weeks so I had a new scooter for 3 weeks then in shop for 3 weeks then Finley get it back and low and behold the muffler comes a part and a list of other things! Ask for money back but was just yelled at and band from Scooter City! BUT now for those of us that has been victimized by Scooter City their is something we can do about it first report them to TXDOT and here some info fill out form consumer complaint form and mail it to PO Box 2063 Austin, Texas 78768-2063 or fax# 512-302-2328 or email MVD-SCANCENTER@TXDMV.GOV now this is what happen to me they will look into it
