Customer since 2002, the company name changed a few times, currently it is Republic Service. The ladies in the office when we called to requst changes in pick-up have always been kind and very helpful. They even have a faster way to make these change than they did before. Our driver has a big smile and a friendly wave. They even come a replace the dumpster for repairs and call to tell us they will be exchanging dumpsters. We are on Mustang Island, after holiday weekend people discard more than a person could believe in unwanted, bought for single use, we'll use it once more at the beach and then pitch it items. I'm sure the put every truck and driver they have to work. It isn't their fault at all, their capacity is exceeded. Thank You for Your Efforts ! The Folks at On the Beach RV Park

Watch out for hidden charges and fine prints on the contract...the numbers you see and have been told are NOT what you end up being billed for!!! Will be report them through Better Business Bureaus so prospective customers know to stay away from this company!

Even thoigh several calls have been made to Allied Waste that serves a Rockport RV park (Happy Camper RV Resort), the driver still is exceeding the posted speed limit in the park by at least 10 miles an hour. There are elderly people that walk their dogs and could step out from their RV and this huge garbage truck would not be able to stop in time. The road is a white powdery substance and the truck blows it all over parked cars and motorcycles and in windows by not following the speed limit. It is unfortunate that the company does not require their drivers to observe speed limit signs on private property.
