OMG, I came in here on a whim to just relax and have fun from out of town. Man a very good choice. The bartenders are really nice and helpful. The crowd was perfect for me, friendly and very inviting. Ended up staying to 2am. I am so coming back here. Recommend this place to anyone.

I have frequented this place for the last few weeks. The only reason I continued to come here is because I believe in second chances. Let me speak to this....
A friend of mine and I just moved here and saw this bar and decided to give it a chance. We saw that they offered Coors Light for $2.00. I enjoy Coors Light so decided to order one, as did my friend. Upon sipping it, we both looked at each other in disdain. Seeing how we both went to 4 years of undergraduate and 3 years of graduate school, we had a keen taste for Keystone and or Natty Light. We passed it off and didn't say anything and ordered another round. Hey, who knows, maybe it's that the lines are dirty or the keg is old? It happens. The second round proved to taste just like the first. Anyways, we left shortly after and hit up some of the other places.
We came back the next week to notice the same thing. That is; this is NOT Coors Light. We decided to walk around the corner to Flanagans. It wasn't very busy but it seemed like a cool place to just relax and have a drink. The bartender there had some serious flare serving up drinks. And I must say, it's impressive that he was that enthusiastic about serving up drinks when the bar had less than 50 people in it. Anyways, Flanagans is not the subject of this post.
We went back for one final test, 8/14/10 and ordered up some ""Coors Light Drafts"" Same stuff, different day. That was it. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. It's really too bad because the girls tending bar are quite attractive. However, I feel being honest with customers is a little more important. After all, it's us, the constituents/customers that make you successful. Sometimes people forget that. I should have ordered a Keystone or Natty Lite and watched for the reaction. Ah well. Anyways, we walked to Flanagans, which is right around the corner. Was it busy? No. Did I get what I asked for (with some flare to boot)? Sure did.
Shame on you Mulligans. I challenge anybody to question boldly just what exactly is in the Coors Light Keg. I bet if you ask them to pull it out of the gigantic iced down trough, the keg will read Anheuser Busch or most likely Coors...bc after all, Coors brews Keystone.
On a side note, we did notice that they conveniently sell Keystone Light on thursday nights for $.50 a glass. You all may think this is trivial and we should cut them a break (i.e. ""you shouldn't be drinking coors light anyways!"") This isn't the point. If you cant be honest about the small things in life, you'll never be honest about the larger things in life.
I don't want to completely bash the establishment. The girls serving drinks were very friendly and as mentioned before, quite attractive. The crowd was mixed - college age on up to late 20's early 30s. So the reason that I am rating this place so low is because I gave it several chances and the dishonesty continued.
