Concentra Urgent Care

was trying to get approval to go here to get first dosing for gilenya medication. They are all about the money. Even after my insurance (who doesn't have the monitoring facilities) agreed to approve me going there, they still aren't sure. It's all about the money. Their refusal will cause a patient with multiple sclerosis to have to drive 3+ hours to have dosing done. This is a bad reflection on our city. After reading the reviews about the lack of sanitary conditions, maybe it's a blessing in disguise. Shame on you Concentra.

Very friendly staff. Not sure why I was first to sign in but 10th to be seen. But they did a fine job collecting urine. Note, they open at 8am

Dr sent me to orthopedic surgeon for the wrong body parts, are you serious! This is going to delay recovery even longer

Been waiting here for a drug test for TWO HOURS. People that have come in over an hour after me have already been seen.

Worst place I've ever been. Came in for a physical and needed a form completed. Waited for 3 hr then they filled out the form wrong. Came back and had to wait for an hour to get things corrected. Find some place else if you
