Our 10 year old Whirlpool refrigerator started losing its cold temperature. Our food was spoiling and our frig was emitting a odor. I called Arrow Appliance and they were able to make a house call later in the day. I really felt that we were going to have to buy a new refrigerator. Shauna promptly arrived at my house after calling me. She disassembled my freezer compartments as well as the circuit board. I watched the entire time and asked questions. She explained what she was doing and what she was looking for. As I looked over all the parts laid out on my kitchen floor, I was beginning to think my frig was a lost cause. But to my surprise Shauna explained that my thermostat was no longer working and I would need a new one. The price of one was a heck of a lot cheaper than a new frig. Now my frig is working perfect. I saved a lot of money by using Arrow. I will without a doubt keep their number.

would not use these people for fixing the toaster.. Prices are very high and they are very rude..waste of time and money..

Would not use for any reason ,not a clue ,tech keep calling boss as to what to do.

Change parts not knowing if that was the problem,after 1 1/2 weeks ask them to not come back out ,dryer still broke.

New Company came out ,replaced three broken parts,one appeared to have been shorted out ,do not use this Company,waste of money

Arrow Appliance helped me out today tremendously. I had an issue with my GE Quite Power 3. The gentleman that assisted me actually walked me through the steps to fix my problems and it ended up working correctly. He saved me money and time. I would recommend him to anyone who has dishwasher problems because he is honest and very knowlegable. There are still good people and businesses out there that are willing to do the right thing!

My mom called this place and they sent a person out twice and still did not fix the fridge. The dad came out and fixed it and charged $185. Well it's not working again,same problem! So we called again today and they won't come back unless they charge us again! I asked the old man if he used new parts they should be under warranty and he said no! Very rude to me so I told him I wouldn't use him again, he said GOOD, Don't use me! What a jerk! He took my mom's money but does crappy work!!!!
