Best repair shop in town.. 2609 ayers is where I got my phone fixed, and it was awesome job, Vanessa the girl in the front is so friendly and nice.. I do recommend this place.
My brother came in to repAir two phones and was told it would take up to an hour and half well three hour later still no phone. He was told 30 more twice. Had to wAit in the waiting room for the phone, for other 30 min. Do come they will only lie about it being done.
The charger port on my phone was not working. They charged around 64 dollars with tax to fix it within 2 hours. At first I was happy when I got my phone back and it appeared to be working. Then I noticed horizontal faded lines going across the screen. Also when in the sun it had large green and pink boxes and vertical lines. I took it back and let them know. They tried to say that it was like that before I brought the phone in but that they would take a look to see if some dust or a misaligned cable was causing the problem. Another 2 hours later I go to pick it up and they still insist that it was probably like that before repairing the charge port. They said they could not find anything wrong with it and if I want to pay another 180 dollars they could put a new LCD and maybe that will fix it. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Now my 700 dollar phone will charge but the screen is messed up. I will never take anything to this business again! I wish I would have read the other reviews before going there.
Very unsatisfied with my experience. This all started in march. I use my phone's camera for work. Went to replace my rear camera on my iPhone 7. Later I find they just replaced the glass. I picked up the phone and camera wasn't focusing correctly. Took it back and they charged me more saying I didn't pay for the camera just the glass lens. So I paid. Picked up my phone and the camera literally lasted 2 days before everything was blurry. Brought it back again, they ordered a new camera, week later replaced it, and once again it became blurry in a matter of days. Also when I picked it up, the rear camera glass they replaced was cracked again. Throughout this whole process a crack on my screen turned into shattered glass from them opening it up so many times. Brought it back to give them one more shot to make it right and they tried to charge me all over again. Would not recommend to anyone.
Andy, the owner, is great ! He is very friendly, and he takes your computer in, hooks it up, so he can see what it is doing and where the problems lie. He can diagnose right on the spot, and also give you an idea of what price you're looking at to get it fixed. He is very prompt with his service, and he gets the job done quickly and at a very fair price. It is nice to have a computer man who treats you like you are important. He doesn't mind saying thank you, and that he appreciates your business. He will be the person I take my computers to from now on. You can't go wrong with 1 Stop Tech Shop, for outstanding computer repair and fast, friendly service.

Sprint is the worse wireless service. Switched from AT&T to sprint was the stupidest thing I've ever done! I was promised a buyback promotion and haven't received anything since June, 2016. I've contacted customer service and have not been able to get this issued fixed. Starting from the associate to make a sell was a lie. I do not recommend for anyone to switch, stay with your current provider to save you a hassle.
Lou went above and beyond o get my phone working again....It took a few tries....but he kept at it. I totally recommend. Good price, quick service, awesome warranty.
When I called, they said one hour repair. When I got there...within 1/2 hour....It would not be done until the next day (the hours showing on this page are wrong..by the way). No receipt possible...I just had to trust them with my phone. Next day I go to get it ... and nothing had been done to the phone....some lame excuse about not a full charge....how they could tell...I don't know, and why didn't they put it on a charge overnight...I don't know. I DO know....I won't be going there again.
Dropped my phone late on Halloween evening. 7 PM they were still open and took it in. Said they would have it fixed the next day
Very good customer service, prices are reasonable and repairs timely!! Please check prices with this company to compare before you have your phone repair by other repair shops!! Prices are better hear by 20% less.
