I've been with them since 1992. Customer Service is awful! I let them know when I'm traveling, and every time, they flag my account for fraud and freeze it. This causes embarrassing situations and no funds. They are closed on weekends, so no luck if you're trying to resolve anything. I have called numerous times to address this, and no one cares!! I am closing my account. Stay away from this bank; they do not care about your business and that's just sad, because they used to. :(

I moved to Tx in 2013. My credit was not good. I opened a checking/saving account with NavyArmy. After being with them for one year they gave me a $500 loan to start building my credit. 6 months later they financed a $30,000 truck for me. 11 months later they financed a travel trailer for me. Now 3 months late r they are financing a boat for me. When no one else would fine me a chance they did even after I moved to Fl. NavyArmy is the best. My paycheck is paid in Florida but it is depossited in Tx. NavyArmy will always be my bank.
Really need to take down all the turbo time banking signs down! It always twenty to thirty minutes at the drive thru! Signs r a joke!
Yes they are very good about giving their members loans, but all the ladies working there act like its a chore to answer questions. When I tried to refinance my car, I guarantee the girl wouldn't recognize my face if she passed me in the hallway that same day bc she barely made eye contact with me! When I reached over to shake her hand she was checking her phone so I let it go from the beginning. That shouldve been my first clue that they'd have crappy service. My whole loan process was done thru emails which is great bc of my work schedule but when I went to sign paperwork I walked out with no paperwork so had to call in a month later to inquire how much my payments were & when they would be drafted!!!
This Brian has accessed my account on two different occasions without my permission. He will lie and say he's talked to manager but he hasn't. He even ask for my ssn# never have I been asked that before. He has taken money out of my accounts and messed up all my transactions... In October when he first did it.. it was eventually fixed however brian never even apologized for all his errors and stress he cauaed me during the most stressful time of my life(my 1 yr old was diagnosed with a kidney tumor) brian should have fired then, but of course he still works there now my car has been totalled and I informed the bank last monday so of course brian took the money out and has messed up my account and is now refusing to let me talk to manager... I hate this bank all because a rude, lying, and crook BRIAN!
navy army federal credit union....please be advice a policy this year 2013, they charge $5.00 a month in your accounts calling it inactive fee's...I had 37.00. After ea@ $5.00 x 6 charge So I closed the account and they gave me $7.00 back when I closed my savings account. If you have accounts with them you might want to check. They never informed me they were going to start charging a fee for keeping a savings account very disappointing.
I have banked there for several year and always have had excellent customer service.

Never have gotten emails for text withdraw and deposit to work. Wont release state and government funds till the last moment will blame it on the ie VA but I have dealt other place for 7 years and never did my check take as long to release..The VA just treats this bank different. HOWEVER great for auto loans . Great custom service ..staff they are sheep ..believing what they are told instead of knowing truthful facts..
