I have been very impressed by the professional and caring attitude of your visiting home care nurses. I will acknowledge one nurse in particular, Martha. Although she has gone to part-time status, I still find her the most knowledgeable and caring of all the many nurses who have been to my home. I have been receiving medical care for over five months and am most impressed with the overall total home care these nurses have demonstrated. I would like for Martha to be my nurse whenever she works until I have healed completely. Sincerely Yours, Rolando H Adame
Dr, Caplin saved my life!!! I had been ill for some time now and did not know that I am allergic to several things. He conducted several examinations and told me exactly what I was allergic to. His office has all the necessary equipment to do proper diagnosis and has the best staff!! I thank God for putting this wonderful doctor in my path!! I am no able to enjoy my life without feeling so ill. Thank you Dr. Caplin!!
They don't have employees to meet the demand of their clients. Yet their concern is to get more clients. The staff has been unprofessional. For me to list just how they have been unprofessional would take too much time. Let me just say it has been from the person who comes out to the home to talk to you whom you will deal with from then on, to the office staff. The ladies who come out to take care of you I have no complaint.Honestly, my experience has been so horrible. I could not recommend, strongly enough for you to go going elsewhere. If you are looking for a provider service.
I've been to several urgent care clinics in town and they were filthy. I'll never forget waiting in an exam room at one of the other clinics in town and there were dead roaches in a little pile in the corner. This place is new, clean and very well decorated. I've been there a few times for myself and with my family and we've seen the nurse practitioner and doctor. Both of them are friendly and know their stuff. We were there yesterday and they had a full house, but we got to watch TV while we waited in the exam room. I don't know of any other clinics that have TVs in the exam rooms. We love it there and we'll keep going back.
The clinic is NOT an ER, but an urgent care clinic. We treat minor emergencies and basic primary care. We are open 7 days per week!
I came in very sick. They asked for my medical history and I gave them all honest answers. The front staff, intake nurse and X-ray tech were all very professional. The Nurse practitioner Rudolfo Deleon had an attitude about doctor's recent diagnosis. He came back into the exam room and threw the paper work for the former doctor in my lap in a very argumentative manner. I couldn't understand the reason for the way he was acting nor did he explain his actions. It was totally uncalled for. I really didn't need this while I was so sick. I was so sick I could hardly respond to him. In a very condescending manner he finally said well I can give u a shot and and some antibiotics. I said O thank you so much that's what I came in for. I didn't feel like I was being treated very well. I was the patient and I was the one who was paying for this. I expected a much more calm professional behavior from so called medical people. I called back to the clinic and asked that NP Deleon call me to discuss this. He wasn't man enough to make the call to me. I haven't received a call. Unfortunately, he left me no option but to write this review. I strongly recommend going to a clinic with real doctors who know how to act in the real world.
Knowledgeable physician;! Makes you wait long time; as if your time is not valuable. Inner office could be maintained a little better... staff uncaring! He's a good enough doctor, if you have the time, and want to deal with the difficult staff
My experience was great. Paramedic, David assisted me with gathering details on my symptoms of a viral stomach infection. He was very kind, professional and I nervous when he was giving me an IV, made sure I was comfortable/distracted with conversation to help me from fainting and fear of needle. Very gentle, no bruising and got it right the first time. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Plus they offer free gifts in front which I am still using. (Pen, antibacterial gel, chap-stick, band-aids etc.)
The visit wasn't so bad, but one of my prescriptions needed a preauthorization, so I called and they asked if I wanted something else because preauthorization scan take a day. I said yes. 3hours later they have yet to call in the second prescription.
