I would get reliable friendly service from this company. Something changed and now the customer service is awful. I called and scheduled a repair, the gave me between 9-12, even took the dryer model number. On the day of the appointment no one shows up, I called and spoke to a woman who said they are just running late. On another follow up another woman could not find a record of the work order, she snapped when I asked when they might come and did not bother taking my number. I think the reputation they had is gone they are letting grumpy old ladies talk to customers. I no longer refer them to my friends.

Service tech was here on time, I was contacted by phone the day before and when he was on his way within a hour of my appointment. Very nice and had my ice maker replaced within minutes. Will do business again.

Sears on Airline TERRIBLE store. Never any assistance available! Went to shoes waited 45 for assistance; no one ever came. Second time went to jewelry for repair pick up took over a month. Horrible mnagement
The charger port on my phone was not working. They charged around 64 dollars with tax to fix it within 2 hours. At first I was happy when I got my phone back and it appeared to be working. Then I noticed horizontal faded lines going across the screen. Also when in the sun it had large green and pink boxes and vertical lines. I took it back and let them know. They tried to say that it was like that before I brought the phone in but that they would take a look to see if some dust or a misaligned cable was causing the problem. Another 2 hours later I go to pick it up and they still insist that it was probably like that before repairing the charge port. They said they could not find anything wrong with it and if I want to pay another 180 dollars they could put a new LCD and maybe that will fix it. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Now my 700 dollar phone will charge but the screen is messed up. I will never take anything to this business again! I wish I would have read the other reviews before going there.
Very unsatisfied with my experience. This all started in march. I use my phone's camera for work. Went to replace my rear camera on my iPhone 7. Later I find they just replaced the glass. I picked up the phone and camera wasn't focusing correctly. Took it back and they charged me more saying I didn't pay for the camera just the glass lens. So I paid. Picked up my phone and the camera literally lasted 2 days before everything was blurry. Brought it back again, they ordered a new camera, week later replaced it, and once again it became blurry in a matter of days. Also when I picked it up, the rear camera glass they replaced was cracked again. Throughout this whole process a crack on my screen turned into shattered glass from them opening it up so many times. Brought it back to give them one more shot to make it right and they tried to charge me all over again. Would not recommend to anyone.
Top in Texas for Service, Sales, Attention to customer needs and financial abilities. Owner personally checks out his installation and repair teams to insure best job for customer. Sells American manufactured equipment with a 10 year guarantee, not Asian made junk with minimum guarantee. Took 3 bids from BBB and Yellow pages "Preferred" companies and his was nearly 40% below the next bid. What else could a customer ask for?
Knowing this person had just been a total inconvenience. He owes me wages that have gone unpaid I have filed and had to contact my lawyer on the matter. He is dishonest and charges for services he can't even do because he is always unprepared. I've witnessed him take tools from a customer they weren't nothing fancy but when the customer asks about them and you keep them that's stealing no matter what they are. But his dishonesty and lack of integrity ends here. Eveyone should know the real man behind heavy air and heat not the facade he his playing off
CRAPPY SERVICE. DO NOT USE. My a/c is 6 months old and I'm already having installation issues. I have requested the owner to fix several times, for which he has promised to come out and never showed. He has absolutely no respect for the owner's time. I recommend using a mainstream service where they will at least confirm times of service, and not leave you waiting on them for 5 hours just to find out they are not coming.
Honest,Quick,with results I haven't experienced in 40 YEARS!!They didn't try to sell a new unit they fixed the older one and it works better than when installed by other company!Air is cooler and comes out with better volume. Ace's in my book.Erik L
When I called, they said one hour repair. When I got there...within 1/2 hour....It would not be done until the next day (the hours showing on this page are wrong..by the way). No receipt possible...I just had to trust them with my phone. Next day I go to get it ... and nothing had been done to the phone....some lame excuse about not a full charge....how they could tell...I don't know, and why didn't they put it on a charge overnight...I don't know. I DO know....I won't be going there again.
