After checking in we found out about $120 extra fees for stuff we don't even use. 2nd we got settled in went down to the ADULT pool and hot tub just to find out it was full of kids. 3rd we called the next morning and gave them 24 hour notice we where checking out early they stated we couldn't and had to contact expedia and no way we would get our money back. Very unprofessional and misrepresented.
Hello. I was stationed Coronado Island while in the U.S. Navy during my first 4 years. My parents came to see me from Indiana during the winter of 1997. They stayed at Lowes Coronado Bay Hotel during their stay in beautiful southern California. The nicest place they've ever stayed when taking the scenery and sights in the Coronado San Diego area. The bridge you will most likely cross to get to the island is the 5th longest bridge in the country. If you've never been to southern California, You have to see it in person ! Tv is not good enough. Come to San Diego, Go to the zoo/Balboa Park, Sea World, Old Town, Mission Beach- Has the oldest rollercoaster in the United States ! Take in a baseball game and try out the Carne Asada ! All locations are accessible by riding the Trolley. The best trabsportation system in the U.S.A ! Man I miss SanDiego and So Cal !!! Check it out Call the hotel or find a deal on Travelocity. Enjoy a vacation that will give you memories that will last a lifetime !

Our families had a wonderful time this Easter at your Easter day brunch. There was a new piano palyer by the name of Michaelangelo who did truly a superb job in keeping us entertained all through the day. His music was heavenly filled with excitement and a huge repetoire. He was extremely kind and freindly to all our children. We will come again and hope to see and hear him often.

My Fiance and I simply had a remarkable time here at the resort. From pulling up to the front gate, checking in, and until we sadly left the resort, everything was superb. I can type for ever on the wonderful time we had here but I'll try to keep it short. We did water skiing, dining, relaxing, and many many more things and with each thing we were greeted with genuine hospitality and shown a wonderful time. we did the gondola ride for our first time ever and became great fans. Our gondolier made it wayy interesting. We will definately be back as soon as we can.

This hotel is so accomodating to your pets and it really made our day. I never thought a nice hotel like this would ever allow pets inside but that fact just added more sugar to the cake. The lounge area is fantastic and the decor is so elegant and modern. We had the best time here. Thanks Jennifer! You were extremely helpful to my family.

The Loew's Coronado Bay Resort is a beautiful hotel and quite well equipped with every possible amenity. On arrival we were made to feel welcome, as we were throughout our entire short visit there. Our room overlooked the water and gardens and was spacious and very attractive. We did not eat in the restaurants but did have a drink in the lounge and that too was lovely. The hotel was clean, luxurious feeling and was a good value. The only downside was that it is apart from the downtown Coronado Bay area. That can be a plus or minus, depending on personal feelings.
