If I could I would give 0 stars. I switch to Velotax because the company I used before at some days might not have a car to get me to my location. Velotax does. But now I know why. Because of the very unprofessional costumer service. I specifically very disappointed with whoever usually works on Sunday night. Second time I am calling for a cab on Sunday and second time total nonsense communication. First time I left a package in a car. I called imidietly to Velotax to let the driver know about it so no one would take it. I was lied to that driver went to Brooklyn and to call tomorrow. Then I was hanged up on and no one ever picked up the phone and when I switched the phone he hanged up as soon as he heard my voice. Thanks God the driver actually didn't go anywhere thinking that I should come back for the package and approached me with the package when ran out to trace my path if I didn't live it in a bank on a way home. Today I called for car service at 7pm but had to cancel in a minute, comfort my granddaughter since she cried and didn't want me to leave. In an hour and a half I called again and same man without even listening to me stated that the car is outside. How can it be if I was just trying to call for it? I am trying to call and confirm it, but ke keeps on answering as soon as he picks up the phone that the car is outside, I went downstairs. No car. I call again, but ke keeps repeatedly telling me that car is outside and keeps on hanging up. I called again, stating that I was going to speak to his manager, He said no problem and he said that he doesn't have a car for me. I already called to speak to the manager before after the first incident and I was told that they will talk to him. I don't think they did. I have the feeling that the man who picks up the phone could be the owner. Who else will allow himself to talk like that with the costumer without being afraid to lose his job. I am switching back to the company I used before and anyone who reads that, I hope you've got the picture.
Worst taxi ever. Doesn't come on time and inconsiderate people. I sat in their taxi today and I got bit by a bedbug! Yes I was bit by a bug in a taxi
I called to ask for a price quote for the next day. I was very polite and the person who picked up the phone replied asked tomorrow? I said yes, please & he hung up. Talk about rude. I wonder how people like this stay in business.
