I went in yesterday to inquire about 1st Communion suits for my son. The lady that was assisting me wouldn't let my son try on the bottom, only the blazer. I asked for a business card and she pointed me to the register. When I asked her if she could write down the name of the suit that I was interested in so that when I return I can purchase it, she said no. Finally, the owner told me that he could give me a discount today if I purchased the suit, but for only today because when I return he won't honor it for me. I told him no thank you and went up to Kids Land 95-23 Roosevelt Avenue, Jackson Hgts, where I had a much better experience. Perfect Kids has a variety of dresses and suits but with horrible customer service as they demonstrated today, I highly don't recommend them.
Recien envie un menaje a mi pais y esta agencia me cobro $4020 dlls q disq era x el contenedor y gastos de la naviera, bueno la verdad fue otra cuando recoji el menaje aun encuentro q solo ellos pagaron 1350 por el flete y tuve q pagar 300 dlls mas aqui en mi pais x costo de naviera.. Me pregunto q paso con los otros $2670 dlls q cobraron de mas... Por favor no use esta agencia son unos ladrones exagerados en el cobro... si van con la naviera directamente es mejor ya q ellos expresito carga son intermediarios q cobran triple el valor q cobra la Naviera.. No acpeten el servicio de Menaje.. Mucho ojo

If i could give no stars, I would. This is a new store and went in hoping to find good deals and nice clothes. I was surprised about a 30 to 50% sale going on so i asked a male standing by the door about the prices. He confirmed that there was an aditional discount from the tag price. I picked out many items and went to the register. I asked as the items were being scanned if the prices reflected the tag price plus the discount and the cashier replied "yes". After getting my receipt i realize that the price on some items are not as said and the cashier said "it is what it is". I turn to the male i asked before and while checking the price and becoming aware that the pricing was wrong he said to me in an arrogant way " you should check the price first". I was so outraged by his comment. He tried to blame me for his error. Not only that, as i'm walking out and he's being loud and rude the alarms starts going off. I have the receipt in my hand and all the items still have alarms on them. I was already very upset and he says "i don't understand why you are so unhappy" to which i replied that i should be able to spend my money and walk out happy with my purchase. I asked you about the prices and your tags don't reflect what you actually charge. He kept saying you should ask first. Yes, i asked you, you work here you should know. His final response was just the worst of all. He said "i don't work here, I own the store". This was just too much. I told him well then if you're the owner and you have no idea what's going on in the store and why i'm so unhappy after i spent my money here then there's no reason for me to ever come back.
Se me ocurrio enviar mis cosas de casa por medio de esta compañia llegaron todas las cosas , pero los cartones abiertos, se demoro en llegar ,se demoro en aduana por feriado y termine pagando la multa de aduana,si te venden por pies pero no te dicen que teinen que estar esos 10 pies en paletas, y si es asi pierdes como tres pies por el espacio entre una paleta y otra...reclame pero dijero que fue mi culpa por demorar en entregar los documentos firmados, en fin, el servicio plan retorno es caro y mal servicio,,,,, termine pagando mas por las cosas que no entraron ,,, supuestamente en 10 pies de un contenedor que pague....Lo que les puedo decir es que tengan cuidado, con esta agencia,,,,,
THE WORST SERVICE!! I ADVISE U NOT TO USE IT. I SEND THREE TIMES A PACKAGE TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND IN ALL THE 3 X THE SERVICES WAS VERY BAD, THE PACKAGE ALWAYS ARRIVE VERY LATE. IT WAS SUPOSSE TO BE THERE IN 2 WEEKS (WORKING DAYS) BUT IT GOT THERE IN A MONTH AND HALF. THE THREE TIMES. ALSO THE LAST PACKAGE WAS OPENNED AND THEY STOLE PART OF WHAT I SENT, I MADE A BIG COMPLAINT AND IN A WEEK SUDDENLY THEY CALL ME AND SAID THAT THE THINGS FELT OUT OF THE BOX!!!! WHEN THEY WERE CHECKING IT!!! WHAT KIND OF EXCUSE IS THIS???? THE WORST, PEOPLE SHOULD WRITE ALL THEIR EXPERIENCES SO EVERYONE KNOWS HOW BAD THEY ARE. SERVICIO PESIMO A REPUBLICA DOMINICANA , LLEGA SUPER TARDE MAS DE MES Y MEDIO CUANDO DEBE DE SER EN DOS SEMANAS LABORALES Y SE ROBAN LA MERCANCIA. DOS VECES YA ME HA PASADO!!
