Worst ever. Stay away from Peter he is a thief. I can't understand how the owner still lets him work there. This person will rob you blind. They got me for $9,000. O work hard for my money and needed a car work and what I got was hustled by Peter. He is rude and will try to intimidate you. I cant see how ownership just turned a blind eye towards him. He is slime
I had a very positive experience buying a car and having another car serviced by Cruise Autos. In both cases they were both knowledgeable and practical in helping me to get value and reliable performance for my time and money spent.I have been doing rideshare and light delivery work for the past few years for outfits like Uber, Amazon and Grubhub, using an older Prius which I had been keeping in good condition. When it was hit and presumably totalled, according to the insurance company, I needed another car quickly. Cruise Autos had a replacement, with low miles and clean records that I liked a lot. I was able to test drive the car, have my questions answered and take it to Toyota for an inspection (at my cost) and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I've done regular maintenance and had no trouble with this very reliable car. Once I had paid for the car, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and well Marco processed the paperwork so I could take delivery of the car. He led me to the local office so I could drop off my rental on the same afternoon, saving me an inconvenient trip. However more surprisingly, from pictures that I had shown him of my old "wrecked" car, Marco was convinced that he could fix it affordably and well, mechanical parts and body as needed. He even offered to buy the car, at more than a wrecker would pay, if he could not. We went through a rough parts list and texted back and forth for a day or so. Since I had tow miles accumulated from AAA it was a simple matter to send him the car, and he was as good as his word. In about two weeks the car was repaired, running and looking as good or better than before the accident. So I now have two good reliable "working" cars that let me take care of all my driving needs. It's very rare that you find someone with such integrity and I'm looking forward to giving Cruise Autos more work to do in maintaining my cars. Thanks Marco.
What a horrible experience! One (1) day ago I purchased a 09 Lexus from RAO Corporation and was extremely let down by the owner, the finance guy, and the salesman "Joe". I was told that all cars are put through a complete all points inspection and only if something was unsafe or more than half way through wear and tear (like brakes and tires) it would be replaced. During my test ride I showed and explained the discrepancy of what i was feeling and noticed. I was sworn to that nothing is wrong and the inspection and mechanic are completely reliable. I took their word on the status of the car since they were so adamant the inspection process the car went through just a week or two ago. The next day I take the car to a shop to see how much longer I had on the brake pads and asked them of what else they saw. All the sudden, not even 24 hrs of taking ownership of the vehicle, I was told I need front axles and lower control arms due to bushings completely wore out and the boots were leaking. Oh and the "warranty" that it came with that I was told has a "$0" deductible was now $100 and not all things are covered as stated in the book. I hope people will read this and not get suckered like I did because I without doubt, came here to see what info I could find out about this company and found nothing. Maybe all the oversees selling they do nothing ever gets reported. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, AS THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR THE SALE AND NOT RETURNING CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great dealership.i bought 2012 toyota prius 4 three weeks ago and i am very happy with the purchase The staff is very professional and friendly.Really appreciate them.. thanks shawn & shami
Called them was honest and they took great care of me. Car note low too. I got my car last September and I still love my car!! Grateful for a second chance.
Sum it up, infrequent updates about status of diagnosis and repairs throughout this twenty-two day relationship. Owner wouldn't even live up to verbal commitment of programming battery--something he said he would do twice. First time using him after very positive referral from family friend. Didn't know he was middleman with repair mechanic...was always too busy to live up to promised deadlines. Have driven car and the original problem was completed, kudos to the mystery mechanic. Very little professionalism from the Owner whose name I will withhold at this time. Simple updates in text every four days would have been nice--not hearing for two weeks at a time, different. Owner deserves lowest rating, mechanic so far gets much higher since valve jobs require meticulous attention to detail. Owner does disservice to mechanic with nonchalant rudeness and flippance. Maybe it's the age. Most men want to live up to their personal commitments--would think twice about financing to buy a product from this person....
After my brother called 10 different places to try and obtain a car, we thought it was hopeless. Then we found CarCredit Autogroup and he talked to Javier and from the moment we gave him the info he assured my brother he would be leaving with a quality car. So we packed up the kids and were on our way. Needless to say he was right! Javier and Mo found my brother the perfect car for the perfect price. Mo even watched my nephew while my brother test drove the car. After they fed us lunch and a few signatures we were on our way feeling taken care of and grateful for the amazing service. We highly recommend CarCredit Autogroup. Thank you fellas
These guys were talking very sweet before the purchase. After you bought the car, they never answer your phone call or text to ask the things they promised to give. I wrote the complaint in DMV. Lemon sellers. Stay Away!!!
Alright, so if you're struggling with bad credit. If you're looking to build up, this is the spot to go to. I live in Orange County and everyone out there says they'll work with you. Then you show up and find out they want a huge down payment and won't let you choose the car you want. This place actually walks the walk. I'm very happy they were able to work with my really bad credit. I worked with Tyrone, so ask for him if you want someone who's helpful.
