I have an investment property and we had a leak on Thursday evening a few months ago. I called so many places, but nobody called me back! Finally, PacificPro came to the rescue - not only that night, but through the entire insurance claim process, and working with grouchy tenants. This family owned business is focused on customer satisfaction and since that original assignment, I've used them again for bathroom repairs in my own home. Their rates are reasonable, and won't stop until you as a customer are satisfied the job is done!

Steve came within 20 minutes after I called. He was very knowledgeable about my problem (I had a a backup in the kitchen, and water was going everywere). He was very professional, took care of the problem in less than 40 minutes, cleaned the area thoroughly. I highly recommend him for a similar problem. He is definitely one of the best I have seen in this profession!

Pacific Pro was referred to me by someone I work with. I recently bought an old house, and it had a lot of problems. Two other people already told me the plumbing for the whole house needed to be redone. But Pacific Pro came out and fixed two bathrooms, and everything is working wonderfully!
