Danny is the utmost professional with exceptional communication skills. He diagnosed our problem with our air conditioning unit in minutes. We had another company come out who quoted us an outrageous price for the repairs. I’m so glad we called MSP and worked with Danny. He was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their ac needs.

Very professional, affordable and on time. I found out about MSP through a friend of mine, I was visiting and he had made an appointment. The technician came to fix the AC, he was very polite and intelligent. He wore boot covers to not get dirty the house and within minutes he had figured out the problem, told my buddy what was the problem and how much to fix it, he agreed; and within minutes we were watching the game enjoying the cool air. I was so impressed that I asked for his company card, I gave him a call for some maintenance, he treated me with same respect and attention. Great experience. Called MSP talked with a real person, after that a tech showed up within an hour. He was very professional, but covers over his boots, which I appreciate just put in new carpet. Got to work as soon as he got there, found the problem, went over repairs with me and after I agreed, he fixed it all. I'm grateful he took care of everything just in one visit and also that it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you MSP for being reliable, affordable, professional and efficient.
