The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered a couch from another company and after 2 weeks of waiting for delivery we were told the item was not available. We went into Jerome’s and found a sofa and it’s being delivered the next day. They are awesome. We also bought our dining table and living room couch from them. They deliver and set it up for you. Great company will use them again for sure.
I had seen the bad reviews but had some friends that just purchased from here with a good experience. I have not even received my items yet and already had multiple problems.
First I went to the Murrieta store and had a horrible experience with a sales guy so decided to try the corona location. Knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and the sales guy was much nicer. After placing my custom order I get an email 4 days later advising me the fabric had been discontinued and please stop by a store to make another selection! After stressing, turns out it was just an accent pillow fabric (that would have been something to mention in the email) but the customer service manager Jackie advised that she would waive the delivery charge for the trouble. I asked if this would delay the order and she said no, and that she showed that they would be done in a week and half. I was originally told 2-3 weeks but no longer than 3 weeks and 2 days due to me ordering on the weekend. Over a week and half had past so I called to check on the order only to be told that it was pushed out till mid Oct, which is over 4 weeks. I asked for a manager since no one had even bothered to let me know the order had been delayed. Spoke with the same manager Jackie who told me she had never given me a time frame when they would be in and offered me free delivery again for the trouble. I told her she had already offered that the last time and she told me I was mistaken and she didn't. The previous phone call with her had been on speaker phone and I have 3 witnesses that heard her offer to waive the delivery charge and advised they were scheduled to be done in a week and a half. She still insisted she never said that and pretty much said I was lying! How can you trust a company when the manager bold face lies to you!
I would advise to purchase somewhere else and save yourself the trouble and stress of doing business here!
