Some people do not understand that an employee can get sick, not be at work, which disrupts a schedule.Things happen that many times are beyond the control of a business owner.Obviously, some people don't understand that as well.99.9 % service, is not perfect, but not bad either. Then, they want all their shipping money, and then some back. They were made an reasonable offer and refused. Then they tell lies to the BBB.WOW, Andy
WOW! What a horrible experience!! Ordered some parts to fix my Airstream. A defective part was sent and the owner Andy treated me like it was my fault. He hung up on me not once, not twice but three times. I finally had to call Airstream to get things remedied. Read all the other reviews on Yelp, BBB and airstream forum before buying anything from this......
Their website states that they will work with customers to ensure a trailer hubcap that will fit. We have a 1971 Airstream trailer. We ordered bullet style hubcaps based on the information on their website. The hubcaps did not fit. We wanted to return them and replace them with a hubcap that would fit. Five phone calls later, the customer service agent (and I use this term lightly) asked me to email her photos of the hubcaps to help determine if another style would fit. I did, even including measurements in the photos. It took two more phone calls before they stated that they didn't have a style that would fit and I could return them, however, after a 20% restocking fee they would give me a store credit. A store credit for a product they don't carry??? The customer service agent said her hands were tied, so I spoke with a "supervisor". The supervisor listened to me and them asked me to hold. After a long hold time, Andy, the owner got on the phone. He was unbelievable rude. He wanted me to ship my trailer rim to him. When I told him I could not to that, he said he couldn't help me. I reminded him that he says on this website that he will work with customers to ensure the hubcaps fit. At this point, he actually screamed at me and hung up. I'm just in shock.
