BUYER BEWARE!!!!! absolutely worst customer service.. got a fridge maybe a year ago and everything stopped working I lost everything in my freezer and fridge I called them to have someone come look at it and they said they couldnt have anyone come out, I paid a fridge repair place to come out I was informed the WRONG compressor and sealed system was installed and that explains why the fridge is not working and the proper compressor needs to be installed it would cost roughly 800 dollars, so we decided to go buy a new fridge until we can get ahold of hector regarding this fridge and he was no help they refused to get there fridge refused to return any money and he says he installs non manufactured parts on all his appliances and they last up to 5 years. You know your doing something wrong yet you continue to do it.

Worst experience ever this company shouldn't even be open they say they have a 6 month warranty and the lady that I spoke with clearly told me any problem with the fridge they would come down to fix the problem I even told her I was moving from corona to perris and she said that they would go any where and fix it.I called and talked to her about our situation. now her and her husband are giving me excuses that they can't come and fix it cause its to far and if I want I can return the fridge to them and get my money back. come on really? I have food in my fridge and they want me to take to them so they can fix it or get my money back I just need to get the problem of the fridge not closing properly .So if your looking for a fridge,washer or dryer this is deffently not the place to go I wouldn't want anyone to have to deal with dishonest people full of excuses just to get there way.Don't wast your time and go here I'm pretty sure I'm not there first customer they have done this too. crooks.
I wanted to get a thorough inspection done on my new home so I decided to call Walton's as they were highly recommended by a friend. The technician that came out, James, was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a list of things I needed to do, things that he recommended I do soon, and also gave me the option of how much it would be to replace that unit if I wanted to upgrade and save myself a lot of money with energy efficient units since mine was so old. None of this was pushy and he left the ball in my court to decide what was best although he was there in case I have questions and gave his expert advice. I ended up getting the unit repaired and could not have been happier. Professional employee's, Professional Service.
Todd is very thorough. He came for a post installation inspection and walked me through the system to be sure that I know how to operate my new AC. He also reviewed the necessary maintenance to keep my system running efficiently.
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Christian! Now mind you, I am very particular about attention to details. Not only did he patiently listen and completed my quirky requests, i.e. make good on his co-worker's small slip ups, but explained what he was doing during my hovering moments. He went over and beyond with thoughts of safety for my grandson and that is priceless.

I had such a great experience with Walton's Heating & Air. I had just moved into a townhome with a 30+ year old furnace and was looking to get it replaced. Todd spent a couple of hours with me to understand my needs and walk through all of my options. Luckily, I was able to qualify for the Hero financing program and could pay for the replacement of my entire system over the course of 10 years - and the payments are included on my property tax bill!When the crew came to install my new system, they were very thorough and worked well into the evening in order to finish the job. They even swept the floors after they were done. :) The installers, Matt and Brandon, were very cordial and respectful.I received excellent service from Walton's and recommend them to anyone looking for a very thorough estimate, a fair price and a job completed to the highest standards.
I don't usually write reviews but this time I felt compelled to do so. My comfort advisor, Todd, came into my home, was very thorough and knowledgeable about what I needed. He made thorough calculations of my home, to make sure what I needed wad precise. He was not pushy, or overbearing, which I appreciated. My installers, Kelly and Justin were amazing. They knew exactly what to do, explained what they would be doing, and timeframe it would take them to accomplish the task. This is a fantastic company, that has awesome employees, that I would highly recommend to anyone. You won't be sorry if you choose Walton's to take care of you.

Walton's (July, 2015) refused to honor a 10 year parts warranty for an Amana furnace and air conditioner sold by Erik Walton in April, 2009. The refusal was based on the pretext that the manufacturer (Amana) requires that the unit be professionally maintained (with the receipts to prove it) for the warranty to remain valid. Since we maintained the unit ourselves, Walton's claimed the warranty was now void. When I insisted that professional maintenance was not required and that our purchase papers even lists a 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty, the office clerk sent a technician (Freddy) to repair the air conditioner. During Freddy's visit, he diagnosed the problem as a faulty run capacitor, and stated again that I would need to pay for it because the lack of professional maintenance was required for Amana's warranty. After showing him the purchase papers listing the 10 year warranties for both parts and labor, he called his office, put back the defective part, closed the cowling, took pictures of the unit, and left, saying that either Erik or his manager would be calling me to resolve the matter. I never received a call.The next day, I called the cell phone number of Erik Walton who stated that he had sold the business to a Las Vegas corporation several months before and was no longer affiliated with Walton's Heating & Air Conditioning. I then contacted Amana, used the serial number to identify the furnace & air conditioner at issue, verified that it had a manufacturer's 10 year parts warranty (the additional 10 year labor warranty listed in the purchase papers was apparently that of Walton's), and was told explicitly that the lack of professional maintenance "will not effect the warranty in any way..."If you are a Walton customer having purchased an Amana/Goodman product or requesting warranty service, and have been told that professional maintenance is required to maintain a valid Amana/Goodman warranty, you may want to begin addressing the issue by calling Amana Customer Service at 1-877-254-4729.
