        Monthly leases are available. Monthly rent is paid in advance. (Acceptable payment method is cash, check, credit card) Payment options: Can be invoiced monthly on the 20th and mail your payment by the 1st. OR can sign authorization for VISA or MC to be charged on the 1st of each month. Tenants interested in renting on an annual lease, pay for 11 months in advance, get the 12th month free. Tenants provide their own lock. Access to facility is 24hrs a day / 7 days a week. Property has Security Lighting from dusk to dawn.

        Overall

        After multiple not great experiences, I am finally deciding to not return again. At first, I disliked that they had removed all trash cans and added threatening signage about leaving any trash. I wondered, how can anyone completely clean their car without disposing of any trash at all. As annoying as that was, it did not stop me from utilizing the car wash. The laser wash is not very effective at cleaning standard grime off of a car. If you opt to wash your car yourself, do not use your credit/debit card. I have utilized this option three time and despite the sign saying that it is $3 for 4 minutes I have been charged $5 every time. I do not trust this business at all.
