Absolutely the worst!! Allow me to explain why:
1. During our move in inspection I noticed the apartment smelled strange. They said it was from the paint. But it smelled like some sort of deodorizer. After a few hours of being in there my husband and I both had headaches from the (very) strong cigarette smell. Sense I was was 7 months pregnant we decided that was not healthy so we talked to the office, they told us we were out of luck (essentially) and we spend almost $200 on air purifiers to try and get the air clean before our baby was born.
2. Also during the move in inspection we noted there were things broken/missing and were told they would be fixed. A week went by and we reminded them of the issues. Several weeks went by and again I reminded them. Months later I gave up and noted them on our move out inspection.
3. The apartment complex looks nothing like the pictures. It is dirty and people leave crap everywhere. Things are broken, trash is thrown, and grocery carts left daily. We complained to the office about music, drugs, etc and nothing was ever done.
4. The month before we moved out I called and asked how much I owed (because we moved out mid-month) and I was told nothing because I had over paid. Cool, I thought. Til a month later we never received our deposit back. When I called and asked why, I was told "oh I must have looked at the wrong month". Really? Yes. These are the idiots they have in their office; they don't even know what month to bill people for.
The complex is run down and no matter how many times they say "under new management" NOTHING changes or improves!!!
I moved here in hopes that I would get away from shady renters and people. I saw the ads on Craigslist and thought it was fate. Wow a 2 bedroom near church and its "affordable" just me my boyfriend and our pets. We got here thinking we were being moved into the cheapest apartment they had because we are saving money for our engagement. 655 was our bill.So we choked it down because I've heard of this place being shady... didn't want to get evicted. Then our toilet breaks, blinds are falling out, bugs everywhere, the disposal wasn't installed right, burners work...sometimes... there's a light on in front that we are supposed to keep on at our expense, my neighbor got maggets that crawled out of her floors so they went in painted the floor leaving her the bugs, my fridge doesn't cool down ruining my food for the 4th time but ohh they "fixed" it.. I'm hoping that I get all my money back from deposits but for some reason I doubt that. I do believe their is a problem here and I'm hoping that someone else besides me sees to it that they get in trouble for what they have done... not just to me but to everyone they have shadly wronged.

This place may look nice and inviting but don't be fooled. They are big liers and show more favoritism towards one race vs another. They tell you that its okay to do one thing but then when you do it, they come to you and tell you that your breaking rules and if you don't stop they will evict you. I know 5 different people who went to court over issues like this and won. The on site management are shaddy and the property management company are oblivious to how things are ran around here. That God my lease is up soon so I can get the heck out of this hell hole and never look back. Rent at your own risk!
I am concerned over your comments regarding your feeling of receiving unfair treatment from our management team. I do wish you would have brought this to our attention during your residency for us to address. Our corporate office is accessible to all current and former residents to send comments to from our property website. These emails are responded to by an upper level supervisor.
