AutoZone Auto Parts

On three separate purchases I was charged sales tax on the product and core. Yet when returning the core they'd fail to refund the sales tax on it. I brought this to their attention and the answers I was given were very strange and too vague but was ultimately told that, "I have to return when the manager was in."...but he was never in, which required me to return a third separate time after each purchase with a core. The mistake, problem, my displeasure, AND THE SOLUTION were obvious. Even an email to corporate never prompted a response. This Autozone is relatively new in a small community where I've raised my family for over 30 years. I'll never go to any Autozone again and this one can go away. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I stopped at autozone in corning to check an engine warning light while driving San Francisco to Seattle. Kat and Hector diagnosed the problem and sold me a thermostat. Then they spent two hours of their own time late Sunday evening installing it for me so I could continue on my way, and absolutely refused to take anything in return! Wonderful people! Thank you both again.

Autozone is an up-and-coming auto parts store in Corning, CA. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are eager to assist in whatever need you need met. They have quite a selection as well. I went into another local auto parts store earlier this week, seeking clamps for my throttle cable, but to no avail. I then went to Autozone and they had just the part I needed, and at a good price. I know they're new in town everyone, but I believe that they should have a fair chance to prove that they have a lot to offer. Especially because my car now runs as it should, all thanks to their friendly advice with my car troubles and their help finding me just what I needed.
