From the very beginning my experience was exceptional! I emailed a question on their website and almost immediately got a response from the owner Pat. Pat answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for me. The brunette who gave me the spa/salon tour was funny and charismatic, and really set the tone for my experience. Kelsey, my stylist was amazing! With little to go on she created my vision and the look is flawless. She's a talent, and I felt privileged to be in her chair. Being in management, I took notice of how highly she spoke of the spa and her boss. Which speaks volumes to the kind of service you will receive. Happy staff=happy clients. The blonde who checked me out was also very charismatic and I left there with a huge smile on my face. I am a New regular!
Moving from New York to North Carolina I was extremely nervous with having anyone style/cut my hair. Dealing with bad hair for months, I was ready to make a trip back to New York for a cut/style. Then I decided to give Savvy a chance. I'm so glad I did. I found my Salon/Spa for life. What an experience. Every single staff member was nicer than the next. I was made to feel like I was a customer that had been going there forever. Everything was explained to me step by step. I received a wonder tour of the facility and NOW I can't wait to try all the other services Savvy offers. Since Savvy's fabulous hair cut, I am happy to report - NO MORE BAD HAIR DAYS. I love my great haircut and even more, how easy it is to style and look fabulous everyday. No more ponytails for me. After seeing my haircut my 12 year old daughter NOW wanted hers done. She got hers cut on the same day later on and she is just as happy. She got up out of the stylist's chair and had the biggest smile on her face. Just seeing how happy she was, it made me even happier. I'm so glad I took the plung - Thank You Savvy. We're not missing New York anymore.
I've had a wide variety of services at Savvy and have been very pleased with all of them. The staff has always gone out of the way to make me feel relaxed and pampered. The facials, massages and body treatments are fantastic and are easy to become addicted to! :-) I also love the pedicures, with relaxing massage chairs and a beverage in a secluded area, it's a fabulous escape from the everyday. I've had hair services, color and cut, and have found the stylists are always very attentive and really listen to what you're trying to achieve. They usually have some really great suggestions too. Overall, Savvy provides an amazing experience no matter which service you're having done. I've been a regular customer for years and will continue to be for years to come.
I've been a happy Savvy client for twelve years. Believe me, I'm picky and not a creature of habit. I wouldn't still be going there after all this time if I wasn't entirely satisfied with the high level of service and innovative body treatments. There is always something new to pamper yourself with at Savvy. Because I travel frequently and have opportunities to visit other spas when I'm on the road, I can compare Savvy's services with those found at in Arizona, LA or NYC, and Savvy definitely measures up and often exceeds in the level of service they deliver to their patrons. You won't find a more talented or better trained staff anywhere!
I have been a very staisfied Savvy customer for 4 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facilities are very plush. My stylist does a great job with my cut and color....only wish I could take her home to style my hair every day. I recently had a facial with Liz and it was WONDERFUL. This is now my newest favorite treat. If you have a favorite, I recommend making appointments in advance however when I do call with short notice, the receptionist staff always tries to accomodate my needs.
I have been visiting Savvy for at least 10 years now and I will never go any where else. I have experienced almost every service they have to offer from manicures and facials, to cuts and massages. No where else in the area can hold a candle to the professional atmosphere and great service I experience time and time again at Savvy. The owner and the Savvy team do all they can to assure your satisfaction at each visit.
Savvy has many promotions to take advantage of, as well. For each friend you refer you get a discount, for every $40 you spend on products you get a stamp to go toward a free $40 in products, there's a birthday coupon, and other monthly promotions. Also, Savvy has different levels of stylist and nail technicians to fit every budget (the understudies and level 1 stylists are a great deal!).
I feel like my family is a part of the Savvy family and look forward to each visit.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy. No cusotmer service whatsoever and this is supposed to be a day spa to de-stress? Ha!!!
Dear Christinet, I was disappointed to read your experience was so unsastisfactory. The only way that I know of such poor customer service is when someone tells me. Unfortunately, I had to find out about yours in a public forum. I am in hopes that you would share with me what specifically you experienced that was so upsetting and what I, as the owner of this establishment, can to to mak this right with you. It would neber be my intention to have ANYONE walk out of our doors feeling as you apparently felt on the day of your posting.
