Went into Modern Nissan of Lake Norman on December 12, 2017. I dealt with ALEX the manager and he was awful. Terrible customer service, unproffesional, cocky, he actually thought that he was doing me a favor and I am the customer, really ???Everyone else there is great, sales team, the other managers, finance, etc. But it just took for that manager ALEX to make me feel bad in order for me to purchase my car somewhere else. Everything else can be great but just that one employee can screw everything up.
Watch what they say, they tell one thing and do somthing else. And don't let them get your tag for you it will be late real late.
"Do not Consider". Typical Sales People. Before buying a car they are at their best. And they keep bugging you to give good ratings in the survey Hyundai sends after buying a car. Once its done you are an invisible person to them.
I write this with mixed emotions...frustrated and unsure if initial repairs were erroneous (and expensive), but satisfied that LKN Hyundai finally fixed my repeat problem. I won't share financial details, but they made sure to keep me as a customer in this competitive economy. Customer discretionary $'s are thin these days, but they kept my confidence. Kudos to Morris and his staff!
They greet you properly and the waiting area is always stocked with coffee & beverages as well as a TV and free WiFi. I was able to get some work done while they took care of my car.
They rush ordered a new transmission and had it replaced within a few days so that we could drive back to Miami in time. Went our of their way to text me at 7:20am in the morning informing of the repair progress and when my vehicle would be ready. Thanks!
