i ordered the Gumbo and it was so good i went back the next week for more. the servers were really kind too and quick to help when I asked for something I could not find. The restaurant was clean and comfortable even though it was full of people.



Food is great, but the service sucks

I consider myself easy to please but I must say their customer service is horrible.Whether it's dine in, pick up, or delivery the service sucks at the Chickering Lane location. All the others I've been to have been great. The people at this location are rude, & barely acknowledge you. I called in a pick up order, & was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then when I went to pick it up, I stood there waiting for someone to ring my order up for 5 minutes. I was the only person in line. The cashier saw me, & never apologized for making me wait. As a matter of fact, they never said "I'll be with you in a minute". The cashier made me wait until they finished having their personal conversation with another staff member. Then there's the delivery service. My office used to order from Jason's all the time, but we have recently stopped due to the rudeness we have encountered from the staff. One of my coworkers also wrote a complaint to the corporate office. We'll see if that helps. Until then, I will drive out of my way to go to another Jason's Deli. I wouldn't recommend the Chickerling Lane location.



Delivery Service is unnacceptable

I enjoyed their food, but every time I made a deliver order, items are always missing and drivers are rude. Delivery charge is outrageous and service was horrible.
