        Terrible Customer Service

        I just left Kinkos on Germantown Parkway. I stood in line for about 20 minutes waiting on someone to help me with the copy machine. The young lady working never said boo. She helped a couple customers and when my turn came, she jumped on her computer. Never said I'll be with you in a moment. Nothing. Finally, I got tired of waiting and left. Never seen such poor customer service. Acted like I was putting her out breathing the air in the store.

        hire more people

        Short staffed and not enough people. Hire more people than three people. Is called express for a reason, because it's not ground where it takes freakin forever to get to your house.
