Sinusitis
Special procedures to treat unusual chronic sinus problems such as fungal sinusitis and techniques utilizing 3-D computer image guidance at the time of surgery have been developed by the physicians at Mid-South Sinus Center. Our physicians have pioneered minimally invasive techniques to treat severe sinus infections that were traditionally treated with external surgical approaches.
Primary Care
We've been in the business of caring for people since 1979. The practice has seven board-certified otolaryngologists dedicated to providing quality care and treatment to the pediatric and adult community in the mid-south. The practice works closely with primary care physicians and allergists with the treatment of patients with ENT problems. So that we may better serve you, please spend a few moments reviewing this website which outlines our policies and procedures.
Ear Infections
While Dr. Naidu cares for problems of all areas of the ears, nose, and throat, he does care for a large percentage of children. Children with ear infections, snoring, sinus infections, and neck masses and infections are just some of the ailments that Dr. Naidu can help manage. In his adult patients, he also sees many with ear infections and hearing or balance problems, voice problems, and sinus and allergy issues among others.
Sleep Disorders
Sleep apnea, a sleep disturbance characterized by heavy snoring, is a rapidly growing concern for many people. The practice offers a range of treatment for sleep apnea including laser or radiofrequency treatment of the soft palate to decrease snoring. This state-of-the-art procedure can be performed in the office minimizing the time the patient needs to be off work.
Family Practice
Mrs. Person was honored with recognition by the University as the Family Nurse Practiioner Student of the Year for 2008. After working for 4 years in the family practice setting, Amanda joined Dr. Klug and Mid-South Ear, Nose & Throat in January 2013. She sees patients at the Bartlett and Wolf River office.
Emergency Care
Marsha worked as a full time flight nurse for the next twelve years and part time as an emergency room nurse. During this time, she went back to school for her BSN in 1995. She was awarded the Army's Spirit of Nursing Award and graduated with highest honors. She continued with her education by entering into the Family Nurse Practitioner program and earned her MSN with High Honors in 1997.

Internal Medicine
During this time, she met her husband and daughter and began to work in an Internal Medicine office environment from 2007 to 2011. Marsha began to work with Mid-South ENT with Dr. Naidu in 2011. There she sees both pediatric and adult patients with various illnesses and medical problems. She sees patients for sinus issues, ear problems, vocal issues and many other issues. She sees patients at two offices: 7600 Wolf River, Suite 220, Germantown, Tennessee and 1458 West Poplar Ave, Suite 204, Collierville, Tennessee.
Endoscopy
Chronic sinus infections and allergic sinus conditions are increasingly common in the Mid South. Using a combination of CT scans and endoscopy techniques, otolaryngologists examine the inside of the nose and identify potentially serious sinus conditions. These diagnostics help plan the patient's course of treatment whether it is medicine or surgery. Some patients are candidates for endoscopic sinus surgery that allows the surgeon to correct blocked sinus passages, remove polyps and enhance breathing passages.

Computed Tomography

General Surgery
Dr. Mark Milburn received his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina at Charleston. He then came to Memphis for two years of general surgery residency followed by four years of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery training. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.
Otolaryngology
Dr. Klug attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate and medical degree. While there, he did research for the Department of Otolaryngology. He also had a student fellowship at the National Cancer Institute. He completed his internship in Memphis and his Otolaryngology training at the University of Texas-Houston. He then worked at MacGregor Clinic and was a clinical instructor at the University of Texas-Houston where his primary work was with pediatric patients.
