I've enjoyed going to this Lowes for years now. The staff will always be able to point you in the right direction but its ultimately you who makes the decision. I've never had a problem with any recommendations the staff has made at this lowes.
An employee at Lowe's sexually harassed my wife for over a year when she would go in there. It made her so uncomfortable, I had to talk to the store manager and HR about the employee making kissing noises and calling my wife flirty names. I haven't seen the employee since. That's one isolated incident, and any business can have a bad employee. I get it. However, I often have a hard time finding an associate to help me. I usually have to search for one, or there are one or two departments that have someone sitting at a desk that can call someone to the other department. We recently stopped making large purchases at this Lowe's store after I bought a defective American Standard faucet. Lowe's said they can't look up my receipt past 90 days so I can get the warranty unless I know the exact day I bought it on. I just renovated an entire house and spent thousands of dollars at this Lowe's, but they can't help me out with exchanging a $100 faucet. We're done spending money at this location. We now visit the Home Depot in Collierville. I sent an email requesting that Lowe's contact me after the store wouldn't exchange the faucet, but they never called or anything, so I'm writing reviews.
