I will never go to Rayfords Hot Wings in Cordova again! My wife was on hold for 15 mins to order and can hear them laughing in the background. So when I go there to order they couldn't tell me when my order would be ready. When I come back 8 mins later my fries are soggy and they immediatly blame me saying it only takes 7 mins to cook the food and that I was gone for a while. 8 mins is a while??? I verified the time, my receipt said 4:48.. I get my food at 4:56.. so they eventually agree to recook the fries but only to find out they trifling ass put the same fries back in the grease. Can't justify supporting your own people when their customer service is terrible! Tried to call and reason with the owner before posting anything but he himself displayed terrible customer service on the phone. Food quality has degraded and they can never keep the drink machines working. Never have I had an issue with Wing Guru, Chings Hot wings, or All Star.
In reference to overall ratings, If I could give them a negative star I would. All Star sends a text for you to place your order online however what is the point if you still have to wait over an hour. On New Year's Eve, we placed an order at 1:30 pm for a pick up at 7:45p.m. My husband was there at 7:40p.m. and didn't leave until 9:00p m. They didn't have the order ready but yet suggest for smoother services to order online. Not to mention we had already paid for the wings. I called the following day and left a voice mail with no response from management or the owners. Today 1/2/17I spoke with the assistant manager Melvin and he told me if he is not made aware of the problem how can he fix it. Are you kidding me? We ordered on line, with the pickup time and you did not have our food ready. Obviously, someone did not pay attention to the online orders but to think instead of the manager apologizing he simply stated my husband should have brought it to his attention. Melvin, what else should he have done if he order food 6 hours prior? He talked to the cashier and they were aware that our order was not ready. All star did not even offer them a cup of water for the inconvenience. Even McDonald's offers you a drink while you're waiting on fries. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I enjoyed the spicy seasoned wings for lunch! I'm going back today!
I'm glad I didn't trust the experience of the two prior reviews because I had a great experience at this location! It is by far the cleanest All-Star and the people there are very friendly. They now have fountain drinks and the cooks have stepped their game up because the wings were on point like at the other All-Stars on Perkins and 64. Two thumbs up!!
I pulled over to the side of the road to make sure I don't forget to write this review. The prices are the same as all the other All Star Wings except at this location the meals that normally comes with a drink doesn't because they have no fountain again it's the same price. I spent $27 for chicken that was like gnawing on a dog bone. What they called season fries were hard over cooked fries with a little season Salt thrown on top of them. I don't think they will last long and definitely not if it depends on my patronage. Do not waste your time, energy or money at this location.
On my late night order at All Star it was a horrible experience my wings where as hard as bark on an oak tree an had an old oil favor like it had been recooked an seasoned never again will they get my $22 at this location .
Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Slowest place in town. This location is very close to my home so I still go but am amazed at how slow they are. Even if I am the only person in line. I can not figure out what takes so long. Even if you get something that doesn't even have to be cooked like a chicken salad sandwich. I have waited 15 minutes AFTER I PAID for a chicken salad sandwich. I don't pick on places for being slow a couple of times but this location is slow 9 out of 10 visits. Sometimes incredibly slow, like taking 20-30 minutes with only two cars ahead of you. Bread is stale very often also and cookies are hard. But some of the employees are really nice so that does help. But the manager seriously needs to hire some secret shoppers to see if they can figure out what the problem is.
I Love these Hot Wings!!!!!! They are the best by far!! Customer Service has been ok..... I have to give them a very poor rating on Super Bowl Sunday..... I live near Rayfords and order these wings frequently!! Unfortunately, on this day it was just a bad, bad, day for Rayfords. Obviously, they took far more orders for these wings that they did not have!!!! I called my order in early that day for pick up at 4:00 pm. When I arrived at Rayfords to pick my order up I was informed they had run out of wings..... I was sadly disheartened...and very pissed off!!! I only had to come up with something else for my party!!!! What a bummer!!!!!! On Super Bowl Sunday at 4:00 pm!!!! You have got to be kidding me!!!!! A call would have been nice!!!! There attitude was well whatever?????? So I was very upset!!! Not only that they did not have the wings but just the attitude of the staff!!!!! I think I would have handled it better if they would have been just a little nicer about it!!!!!!! So for this I give them a very poor score!!!!!!!
