Overall

Told that we would have to wait until the next morning for a water pump which was ok. The next morning we were told that we would be done about noon. The owner left about 8:30 in the morning to go 40 miles to get the water pump. He returned at noon and told us that he was going to have lunch and would install it after lunch, no worries he said, it won't take long to install it. If that was the case, why wouldn't he install it and then have lunch. It is now 1:15 and he is STILL AT LUNCH. Very frustrated. He appeared to not care anything about his business.

Overall

Lady in office was very hateful. They charged me for 2 hours labor for less than an hour of work. The mechanic left on a road call before verifying the truck was fixed. Had to wait another hour for someone to come finish the job. All in all though the repair was done faster than it would have taken in most shops and $85/hr rate is not bad compared to many. But overall I was not satisfied with the service.
