Sent my daughter to get a hair cut and color and she stood at counter for severalMinutes without being recognized. She sat down for a minute and an older lady walked in and they waited on her taking her before my daughter. Even though my daughter spoke up and said she was next. Needless to say they didn’t get our money not will they get our business in the future. I hate it because my husband goes regularly. Need to work on customer service since that is the business your are in. NO customers NO future.
October 11,2017 My two daughters and I have been getting our hair cut here at great clips for the last couple of years. Yesterday I took my children to get their hair cut. There was two women working cutting hair and a lady with two small children sitting and waiting. As we entered the door one worker said " welcome to great clips, have a seat and we will be with you in a minute, ok we sit down. I thought how cold and unfriendly that was. A man comes in the door and is told the same thing, he sits down, then comes a woman with two children, she sits down to wait to be signed in also, then comes another young man, he too is told the same thing. When the workers are finished cutting the customers hair that they had been working on, they get everyone signed in, except did not even acknowledge that me and my two daughters were sitting right there in front of them and that we had come in before the ones they had just registered, they called two clients back that came in after we did, I immediately told my girls to come on lets go, there was no way I was spending any of my hard earned money there, we would go somewhere else, even if I have to spend more and we left. This has happened on several occasions to me and that is why I decided to write a review.
This place I took with my little girl about 2 years old been going there for a long time. She HAD bangs went for a trim, cut her bangs to the scalp and I never went back there again! (Did not want her bangs cut to the scalp looked terrible!)
