Inches Nursery

"Next Week" means NEVER to this company. Last June (2011) I received and estimate for a landscaping job. Our estimate was around $3000. They came 2-3 weeks late to do the work and we were not home. When we returned we saw that they didn't put in a screen behind our new rock wall, didn't put any annual flowers in and didn't bring the large decorative rock that was on the estimate. BUT we did get a bill for it a few days later. We had already paid 1/2 down in June. I let them know the job wasn't complete and they did come back and complete it. Now we have a dead tree, front and center of our yard. The contract we signed has a 1 year replacement warranty. I have called 6 times in 5 weeks and I've even stopped by the nursery and dropped off pictures. All I hear is we will get to it NEXT WEEK. This should have been a simple fix.

I contacted Inches Nursery several weeks ago to install a Versa-lok wall & flagstone patio for us. The estimator was pretty prompt (he at least showed up on the day scheduled and about the time he was supposed to). It took about a week to get the quote back (best looking detailed design / quote I've ever recieved), consequently we had them do the work and couldn't be happier. We did have some of the plant material they installed around the patio die & my only complaint would be that it took them a while to come do the replacements, but at least they did! I've worked with other local companies who've never come back to honor their warranted plants.

I called Inches about putting together a landscape design for our new home. They not only kept the first appointment, but was early for it! I recieved a beautiful design / quote in about two weeks. I also called three other local landscape companies: Fratangelo's, Flamingo, and Cyrilla... one showed up late (still waiting for a design/price), the other two never kept the appointment...At this point we will be going with Inches.

While I did have to wait a little for the job to get completed, the work was of the absolute highest quailty. They are definately worth the wait!!!

I called Inches Nursery to come out and install a paver driveway for us earlier this spring. They had to reschedule the first appointment, but did keep the second one + gave me the quote at the end of that visit (I couldn't believe it). Their price wasn't the cheapest I got, but I'd seen other work they've done and I decided to have them do the work... it took them a little while to get to me... about 2 months, but the finished project is great! They may not be the fastest at getting to a job, but the quality makes up for it.

I contacted Inches in the early spring. They promptly came out and provided me with an estimate. It took them a while to come and complete my retaining wall / landscape project, but once finished the work was wonderful and I was happy I waited for them.

I've been waiting for a bid on my job for over 2 weeks. Relying on this company to provide a quote in a reasonable amount of time is a BIG mistake. I lost 2 valueable weeks with no contact from Inches nursery. What a shame, my project is easily in the 4 digits and will turn into a much larger job when I complete the rest of my landscaping projects. Call someone else if you want to get it done. I gave it 1 star because they at least came out to look at the job. They just never gave me a bid.

Worst operation I have ever seen. Never responded to my 25 phone calls about doing work at my house. So I contacted Fratangelo Gardens and they promptly came and gave me a estimate. I am now very pleased with my job. Every time i look at my landscaping it makes me smile. Go to Fratangelo Gardens.
