The ladies in the office including the owner is a savage ass snob!!! The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL &nasty service !!! They are always rude over the phone.. I typically pay cash or check until they did a credit card transaction on my account, they never informed me that there would be a preapproval charge which was $131 more than my actual price delivery.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I have the utmost respect for this business. I am not locked into an oil contract and was searching the web for deals and came across JC Discount Fuel. The price was the cheapest around but I didn't need a fill up right away, so I scheduled an appointment for a week later. They quoted me 1.31 a gallon. That week oil prices shot up. I thought for sure they were going to screw me and charge me the new higher price. To my surprise they honored their word and filled me up at the lower price advertised. It's so rare to find anyone, especially a business who keeps their word. I am so thrilled. Thank you so much! You have a customer for life.
Called this morning to get a price on fuel for a delivery today and after Randy scoffed at me she was completely rude when giving me a price. If this is what I experience with the first phone call you can bet I will never use this company. Terrible terrible customer service. You really do get what you pay for
These people are nasty and unprofessional and whoever says otherwise is probably someone within their organization writing a fake review....! JC has an issue with my two huskies in the backyard although these are just puppies. They charged me first, via credit card, and then they are supposed to deliver. Today, they had already charged me but did not deliver because of the dogs. I called customer service and was attended by a rude girl who simply told me to 'get rid of the dogs' or they won't deliver to my house. The only ones I'm getting rid of are JC Discount....forget it, not worth it!
Used to order from them, but had delivery issues multiple times/bad bad customer service!
Switched to Bay fuel, oil the same day most times, if not then the next day, so I call about 9:30 am and they see how the drivers routed and give me a 2-3 hour window AND they always beat JC if I'm paying cash!
After being a loyal customer for 7 years....they screwed me over big time. Ordered 100 gallons of oil....well, when they never came with someone sitting home all day, I called them. "oh yes, we delivered 90 gallons...baby blue house and the receipt is in the mailbox". Well, I don't live in a blue house and NO receipt. After calling numerous times, they sent someone to the house to tell me my gauge was broken!!!!!.
Just received another 100 gallons and there is nothing wrong with the gauge. Buyer Beware.....stay away from JC FUEL. They are nasty, unprofessional to talk with and Liars!!!!!!!!. There is another similar story here about delivering to the wrong house!. BYE JC FUEL!!!!!!!!!!!. Thieves always get caught!
I have never had a problem with JC! The girls are always so nice when they place my order! I can get a delivery the next day and sometimes the same day if i'm running very low. They always have the best prices and if I find someone lower they always beat them so as far as i'm concerned JC is the best oil company I've ever used! ... ~A Loyal JC Customer~
MY STORY BEGINS....I am an existing customer with JC and I need oil now NOT in a week from now....
I have been getting oil from JC for several years now. Knowing this, I called them on Thursday, AM a full day and half prior to the Blizzard. They told me no deliveries until Sunday. Okay I lived with that.
Then they called and cancelled my Sunday delivery. I was told I would get a delivery on Monday. Okay, running out of oil, but we will conserve.
On Monday at 3PM I got a call from JC telling telling me that they had to pull their trucks in due to ice and I could not get a delivery until WEDNESDAY. They completely bypassed Tuesday.
Why was my house not included on this limited run? I mean, I have been waiting 4 days for oil? These are big trucks and they can't drive down my street? I can drive down my street in a little car. I got my newspaper the last two days and I even got my mail. Are they serious?
I said okay, hung up with them and got another fuel company to deliver to me TODAY on Monday.--The same day I called.
I will never use JC Discount again and I hope that other customers getting this run-around will dump them. They didn't care that we are running out of oil...
On top of that, I had to deal with some young girl on the phone with a snotty attitude to boot. Forget the 1 cent you will save.
Oh, and this business deserves NO STARS....

Look the world is not perfect and either are people.That being said,the professionals at Jc oil will go that extra mile for there coustomers.One thing u can bet on is there experience is second to NONE and the prices can never be beat....So if u are looking for a full service discount company due your self a favor and call Jc discount oil 631-732-4800.Gauranteeed to have the best down to earth experience......
I had a bad experience with this company, when I measured my tank before and after the delivery it seemed I was shorted 15 gallons. I ordered 200 gallons and when I called to complain I was told, "You just measured wrong". I always had the proper readings with my prior company who I'm going back to and not switching for a few bucks again.
We bought $300 worth of heating oil on 2-24. On 2-25 it was delivered to the wrong house. After calling about this they tried to make my fiancee feel stupid telling her she could not read the guage right. After realizing their mistake they said they could not deliver again until 2-26. Well we ran out again and had to reprime the furnace again not to mention the cold house all night. They could have made the delivery being it was their fault. We made it very clear what house it was. The second to worse part is they billed us again for the second load. That was an unauthorized withdrawal from our bank account, which is stealing. Now the rent check might bounce. The worst part was speaking to Bonnie and Bob who was the owner. Everyone was RUDE. I could not even talk to the owner at first but when I called repeatedly, tying their phones up, they finally let me talk to him. I was told the manager comes in between 7-11 and I had to wait till then. If someone owes them they would not wait till noon.
WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM JC DISCOUNT OIL AGAIN!!!!!!!

Carole just called and they cussed her and hung up. This is not suprising the owner and one of the girls cursed me. Whats up? they can steal from you and curse you out. Who taught them customer service? They finally refunded the $300 they took out as an unauthorized transaction. Debbie the manager was just as rude, blamed the misdelivery on us, never aplogized for the wrong delivery, (the address was on the bill and on the house in plain sight,) never apologized for the cost of extra service after it ran out again, to reprime. Nor for the cursing the owner and staff did to me and Carole, nor them hanging up on us, which she also did.
