I find the staff at this Vision Center totally incompetent! If you have vision insurance as I do, you can expect to wait 30-40 minutes while they try to figure it out on their computer - and then they ask you to come back again since they're unable to understand it - and this is Federal Blue Cross! I just threw my hands up and left. They need to give IQ tests to the morons who work in this department. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog.
