This place is very ghetto and unprofessional. If the office opens at 8:00am the employees will arrive at 8:00am and not open the doors until around 8:20am. This place sucks!
Rude technicians. Unsanitary office. They sent people to pee in cups and then instead of taking them, they had patients bring them back into the waiting room. Also the water dispenser had bits of pink things floating around
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars.. This place is horrible.. People's dealing with the public seems like barely had education... I went there a Saturday for my tests and I could not do glucose and insulin resistance because it was 9 oclock and they would close at 12:00am.. Today I went there 8 oclock and they told would not be able to perform the test because they close at 11:00...They just don't want to do it.. They don't wanna deal with this kind of test on Saturday's..I do not recommend this place.. Save your time and your headache and go to somewhere else..
I would like to share my experience to help other patients and also get help to that place and try to get a better and pleasant lab. I went this morning to Labcorp at the Coral Springs office (Coral Hill) to to my blood annual exam that my Doctor prescribe, so the place was full of people went to the front desk, there was 2 woman's told them I have an appointment at 9am so one of them told me to sign time and date and fill that paper out, so I did it a min later one of the nurses or secretaries at the front desk (black medium hair) call me to get my id and insurance card wish I had UHC insurance so they made copies told me to seat, then 2 min later got call again the same woman asking me for my credit card told her I wasn't advised of that my insurance should cover she said ok but they need it in case a reminder balance, very cold lady no much words I said ok gave her my cc, few min later another lady call me passed me to the room no words I had to said good morning to get a feed back seat there told me to sign another sheet no explication I had to ask then I got my shot super fast put a cotton and a white taipei, so the whole moment since I got there until I left I noticed that the people who work there are very cold, unprofessional with cero feedback with patients at all, didn't feel any customer service or humanity nowhere there.. I took off my cotton tonight pretty hurt by the glue paper placed there and I have a big almost purple wound so I hope not to go there anymore, I didn't like anything at all compare with other labs that is the worse.. Zero stars, good luck !
Worse company ever. Charged my credit card and did not sent results to the doctor. I called and waited on the phone almost one hour to get a representative and she could not find my record for more than 10 minutes. She said if the results were lost then doctor would have to call them or I have to do testing all over again. Avoid this scamming company
Repeated errors with billing (insurance ID number). The billing department does not make corrections to the patient's file. Repeated calls to the location go to a number that is always busy. Try a different lab, one that is interested in customer service.
