Ed Huber is a completely disaster. I paid him upfront a lot of money and he not completed his job, my backyard is a mess, full od his mess and debris. No crew, not showing up for work for many days, more than 90 days passed by and nothing is done. Be careful with his scheme, no email business, no showroom, no employees...BAD GUY, BAD BUSINESS!!
The people working in this shop are very knowledgable and very helpful. They were able to tell us what the problem is with our pool and how to fix …
We used to LOVE this water park. As a family of 6 it was very affordable and provided something for all my kids. After today's experience we won't be back. I have 2 strong swimming, 1 new swimmer, and 1 non swimmer. Seems they have a no floatie rule, even arm floaties, so in order for my older kids to be able to swim I had to carry my youngest the entire time so I could keep an eye on everyone. Major pain after 3 hours. Also, we were asked to leave when I gave my kids a granola bar and juice box (at the table are) for a snack. Seems they are now forcing you to buy from THEIR co session stand. We won't be back.
I hired Ed Huber from Waterfall Pools. I did have to pay a lot of money upfront, but his work was professional, and he was courteous. It took longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. I haven’t found another pool company that does the type of work he does. The finished product is amazing. It now feels like I’m on vacation every time I step out in my back yard. He also added some extras details on the finished product that I didn’t expect without charging me a dime extra. The total cost of my pool was just a little over $100,000 dollars, and worth every penny.
I hired Ed Huber ,owner of Waterfall Pools, Inc,back in September of 2012.It is now MAY 2013 ,my backyard is a complete disaster, and the pool is nowhere near being finished. He made us pay almost 100% of the total contract amount upfront,($80,00), or he would not continue working. He did not make my pool per the plans or the contract. He tried to upcharge me for everything and not present me with any change orders. In the State of Florida a contractor is supposed to have clients approve changes before presenting them with a bill for unauthorized work.Since I did not allow him to extort me further then he walked off the job and refused to finish. I am now stuck paying huge money to a new contractor to finish my pool since he has made me prepay so much in advance. There is a class action lawsuit against him that is being initiated because of so many people that have been defrauded. We have alerted Channel 7 News and they are going to go public with this story shortly. He should be put in jail and we expect to triumph in a court of law .
