Sam's Club

I been a member for years and my experience at this Sam's Club is just wonderful. I had purchased my car battery from them a few years ago. My battery was dying, so I took it back even with a few days past the time limit and they it back without a problem. Sam's Club made my day.
Just recently I got a flat tire which I purchased from Tire Plus aka Total care 2 yrs ago with road hazard insurance. I work from home so I rarely drive anywhere but to do errands nearby. Tire plus told me my tire was not fixable and I needed a new tire. However, my new tire with the road hazard was costing me $115. I went yo Sam's Club and purchased a new tire for $100. Unfortunately, after waiting onna Sunday thry could not find the tire. The mechanic - Kevin checked out my old tire and said my tire was fixable. That mechanic honesty made my day. I gave Sam's Club 5 stars because they really try to help you. I deal with customer service in my daily job and this is definately outstanding Customer Service.

No matter what time of day I come here there are Not enough cashiers...one time I got so mad that I took a picture of the lines and emailed it to the company I was standing there so long. Also every time I come in they've moved some of my favorite products around - Unnecessarily I walk the store 2-3 times looking for what I need and then go get someone who also can't find where the products have been relocated. I went to the West Palm Beach SAM's for 6 years when I lived up north and didn't have any of these issues. Please help this store to do Better!
