If you are searching for the best, look no further!
My call to Must Air USA was a positive experience from the very beginning. The employee on the phone right away understood that I want a specific model and that it is urgent.
Guys from Must Air USA appeared in our home on the same (!) day, and by the evening (!) I received an estimate via email. The estimate gave me a couple of important options that I wasn't even aware of. Moreover, I received a phone call in order to confirm that I received the email and provide some necessary clarifications - and that was all on a Friday.
On Sunday (!) I have them a call, discussed some details, and made a 50% prepayment. Must Air USA were ready to install the new AC on Tuesday (!), but my wife and I couldn’t be home that day, so the installation was delayed until Wednesday.
It took nearly the entire day, but was done in a very quick, proficient and coordinated manner. By the evening, the new AC started working and the technicians left the house.
After a few more days, Must Air USA contacted me once again to schedule a technician’s visit in order to make sure that everything is functioning properly.
In the end, I was visited by someone who I think is the owner, who conducted technical checks, once again provided exploitation recommendations, made sure that we were entirely satisfied, and only after that asked us to pay the remaining 50%.
We were absolutely happy to be Must Air USA’s client and strongly recommend it as an exceptional service. Doing business with them surpassed all of your expectations.
In addition, I am attaching an image with your electricity consumption rates. You can see the consumption rates with the old AC (black), without an AC (blue), and with the new AC (green). You can see that we are saving money every day.
Must Air USA are the best!
