        Dr. Levens has been practicing in Coral Springs since 1989. Considered one of South Florida’s leading cosmetic surgeons, he has served as both Chief of Surgery (1999-2001) and Vice Chief of Staff (2003-2005) at the Coral Springs Medical Center. Over the years, he has been named a “Top Doc” several times in Castle Connolly’s national ratings, including most recently in 2012, 2011 and 2010. Locally, he was voted "Best Cosmetic Surgeon" three times by the readers of the Coral Springs/Parkland Forum and, in Fall 2011, was the only Coral Springs Plastic surgeon to be recognized as “Super Doctor” by the Sun Sentinel’s City & Shore Magazine. Dr. Levens has participated in six annual reconstructive surgical missions (2006-2011) to Ecuador to care for needy children born with cleft lip and palate and various other birth defects and deformities. Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1992, Dr. Levens is frequently quoted in the media and was selected as a Contributing Expert for the 2007 plastic surgery reference book, “Be Your Best.” Because he believes an informed patient is one of the most important factors for a successful cosmetic surgery experience, Dr. Levens has produced a bi-annual newsletter, hosts complimentary update seminars twice yearly, posts detailed answers to cosmetic surgery questions on RealSelf.com and AVVO.com (see FAQ), writes a monthly column for Parkland Life Magazine (see In the Media) and makes frequent entries in his blog on this website.

        Eyelid Surgery

        I had my upper and lower eyelids done because I looked tired all the time. My friends say that I don't look tired anymore and do look at least 10 years younger than my age. Thanks, Dr. Levens!

        Face Lift

        I am 58 and the face lift Dr. Levens gave me took about 10 years off the way I looked. I don't really look like I've had a face lift. I just look more youthful and refreshed. No more sagging skin at my jawline. Dr. Levens is great! I would do it again in a heartbeat.

        Augmentation

        I was always uncomfortable about being flat-chested and finally decided to do something about it. Dr. Levens performed my augmentation and did a great job. Clothes fit much better and I feel more confident. He has a kind bedside manner and the girls on his staff were my cheerleaders. I would definitely do it again.

        Tummy Tuck

        I am extremely pleased with my tummy tuck and found Dr. Levens to be an excellent doctor with all the right credentials--and he really listens to what you want. He is patient and straightforward, has a wonderful staff, and the whole experience was outstanding. I have referred several friends to him and they have all been very pleased with their results.
