Coral Nails is absolutely PHENOMENAL! I have been a customer for many many years and will not go ANYWHERE ELSE! Jen is truly the absolute BEST and ALWAYS goes out of her way to work with my hectic schedule. All the techs are extremely professional, very skilled, patient, kind, friendly, and fabulous. I have tried many salons, and I can truly say~Coral Nails is the BEST! Do not look any further for a nail salon! Coral Nails specializes in pedicures, manicures, full sets, gels, waxing, etc... with impeccable service. They TRULY have everything you are looking for with very reasonable rates. I highly highly recommend Coral Nails. Try it once, and you will become a lifelong customer.

Overall
Horrible nail techs worse customer service

This nail salon is by far the worst salon I have ever been to in the 10 years I have been getting manicures, pedicures, acrylics etc at nails salons. The salon was empty when I arrived, that should have been a sign. I received the worst set of acrylic nails humanly possible. They do not know anything about properly applying gel polish nor do they have the Western world manners and etiquette I would expect when I'm dishing out nearly $50 on my nails. She applied several coats of an oxidized gel polish then had the audacity to charge me extra for requesting she fix her mistake. Jen, the woman in the front, was horrible with my acrylic nails. Square, boxy unattractive nails, as she chit chatted away with a co worker who was sitting around doing nothing because clearly they lacked customers. She knicked my finger nail several times with the nail filer and didn't even apologize. She has horrible skills as a nail technician but her etiquette and customer service skills by far are worst. I mean, to charge a customer extra for requesting that they fix their own mistake was appalling. I didnt even say a word about the charge because i knew id never return to that salon, i just paid and got the heck out of there after being there longer than a simple acrylic set should take. However, I will make sure to spread the WORD and post this review on every site possible so people know what a horrible nail salon this is. Coral nails needs to educate your staff on proper courtesy and customer service. I'm paying for my nails to be done, and I'm not interested in having the obnoxious person doing my nails having an annoying conversation with her co worker for 30 minutes. I actually overheard Jen tell a customer that they fired a nail tech who was a single mother with kids for calling out. The customer looked extremely uncomfortable and replied to Jen " its hard being a single mother". I mean, aside from me personally not wanting or needing to know these personal details about what seemed to be a struggling mother, I found it disgusting that Jen, (obnoxious, rude and unprofessional) , would share that information with a customer. Fire a single mother right during the holidays? Wow. Add the word "heartless" to these animals nail tech salon shop of horror. There are by far way better nail shops around. For the price I would much rather stick to Venetian nails. Thanks.

I decided to come into here based on the nail art posted on Instagram. Nee did my gel full-set, pedicure, & wax. I am very pleased with the outcome, and I am posting this after having my nails for almost 3 weeks! None of my stones have come off and she talked me into getting the gel topcoat, it was $5 extra, but well worth it. I plan on becoming a regular customer. If you like nail art and perfect nails, I recommend Nee. She will not disappoint. (The prices at this salon are maybe $2-4 more expensive than other salons in the area, but they use quality products, it shows!) And I am giving them 4 stars because I never carry cash, and they do not accept tips on the credit cards. So it is a inconvenience.

I was referred by my neighbor to this salon. I went on a weekend, didn't have to wait long for a mani & pedi. Kyla did my nails & informed me about a new Gelish product they had. It was extra, but well worth the cost. It has been 2 weeks and absolutely no chips! The owner did my eyebrows and gave me the best shape Ive ever had in a while. I purchased a kit that had cuticle nippers, a pusher thing, buffer and a file so that they could use it only on me.This place has a friendly environment, a lot of new colors. I would highly recommend!!!!

Horrible experience had been here in the past prices went up and service went down. 30 min total for Mani and pedi is unacceptable! Made me take my own nail polish off, got polish all over my skin, non sanitized tools, slapped lotion on no massage ... Will not be returning here!
