Air America installed my New Air Condition unit today.
Even thou it's early days yet,I still want to do this review for the excellent service so far.
I have read all these ugly reviews here about this company and I am sorry to say that..
My experience was different.
From the Sales man,Jason who was wonderful,to Mr Innocent who came out to do service call and went above and beyond,they were excellent.
The A Team came out Tito and Mark......
They were on time,on point,clean,organized and respectful.
I would give them 10 if I could (Tito and Mark ).
Now to the office staff.
Scott was very nice,we spoke and he ironed out some questions I had.i gained His confidence and never looked back.
I must admit that I had about 7 other estimates,but after Mr Innocent visited for the service call on Saturday,he sold the unit with His great attitude and patience.
My review is based on my experience with Jason the Salesman,Mr Innocent the Service Gentleman and Tito and Mark the Installers.
These were the people who I had contact with.
My only recommendation is that they have someone come out to sign off on the job after it is installed to ensure there is another set of eyes if installers missed something.

Worst costumer service ever! Hasn't even been 2 weeks and I already have issues with the brand new unit. They only send people out during work hours and they don't even show up for the appointments! Their "managers" are rude and have no clue on handle an issue with the air blowing not being cold
My boyfriend and I called around and got estimates from a few a/c company and chose this company because of the price for a brand new ac unit and handler. We also thought the tech (Lloyd) seemed like a very honest and sincere person. They came out on time and installed everything in a timely and professional manner. As per the tech he told us he'd throw in 12 months worth of filters for purchasing the ac unit. Its been since 9/13 that we purchased the unit and I've had to call 3 times for the filters. The first time i called they said no problem that they'd send the filters (which we never received), same a few months later 1/14 had to call again n was apologized to for them not sending the filters. We travel a lot between NY to FL so we're not around full time for me to remember to keep calling and reminding them to send the damn filters which honestly I shouldn't have to keep doing! Now were back in FL and I happen to call yet AGAIN to now get told that there aren't any notes in their system that of me calling for any filters and that we now have to "special order" filters if we want them... Companies should honor "their word" to their customers especially after purchasing a $5,000 unit from them. Very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them for this reason alone, to anyone.
I had an appt with Air America set for Saturday at 9:00 am and they showed up about 15 minutes early. The techs that came were named Tito and Mark and they were great. I appreciated that they took great care for my property and cleaned up after themselves. Also, there were absolutely no surprises; exactly what they said on price and time of installation is exactly what it was. My wife and I were very impressed with the service and professionalism. I can't give enough praise for the work they did.
Both Tito and Mark were fantastic and my wife and I are extremely pleased. If ever I need service, PLEASE send one of those 2 guys. Happy New Year!
Well don't you know its right before Christmas ,and boom there went my A/c. Must say not the best timing, however Air America to the rescue.A pleasure dealing with them,Joe the sales rep, to the two guys who installed the unit. I was so impressed. They were so intricate with their time, and it did take

Have worked off and on with Air America over the years. Had a AC drainage issue that after repair flared up again less than two weeks later, after-hours on a weekend. Great service happens when things to wrong not when they go right and Air America came through for me. No Charge, on the weekend they corrected the problem and couldn't have been nicer about it. I'm a raving fan.
Explained to Me $19.95 ad in paper for check up was performed & more that is why the charge was more than the $19.95. Tech actually performed the check up he saw in the ad & did a maintenance. Since he purchased the ppm he also reduced the price of the maintenance. I praised tech Chuck about being polite, fair, clean, kind etc... Very, very happy with Chuck and was happy with the service and our company. I would recommend Air America to my friends. I am a dinosaur & don’t use computers but hearing it directly from the horse’s mouth is much better anyway.
Just to let you know that both your service man just completed the removal of my old unit and installing the new one. They did a great job, they protected the carpets with tarps and after completion they pick up even the smallest pieces that were dropped on the floor.
The air handler is much more quiet than the previous one.
So thank them properly.
Also it was a pleasure dealing with you, you are professional salesman.

We want to share our comments on our new installation of a Rheem a/c last week.
First, Brad was very professional and his follow up was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions.
He represents you very well. The installers – Tito and Mark – were excellent. They arrived on time and the work was done quickly with very little interruption for us. They were also very professional. The work was neat and they explained everything to us. The garage was left in perfect condition. They worked together very well – they’re a very good team.
All in all this was a very positive experience.

In September 2013, our family was proud to become an “Air America” customer through Home Depot.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Ashley who was very pleasant and professional on the phone when making our appointment for an A/C replacement unit for my mom (Aida Artanis). The appointment was scheduled for 6:00pm – 8:00pm, but Ashley was able to have someone there sooner. Thank you Ashley!
Additionally, we appreciated her sending us Mr. Joe Nicolosi to assist with the estimate quote for my mom. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and humorous, which made the process easier for all of us.
It’s very difficult living so far away from my mom and having to help her make decision from a distance with any major break downs. Mr. Nicolosi graciously agreed to speak with my husband and I on speaker phone to allow us to hear what was needed and what the process would be if “Air America” was given the job. He was able to answer our questions and gave us additional information that we would not have known to ask. He made all of us feel comfortable and assured us that the installation would be professionally done. Thank you Joe!
So far our experience with “Air America” has been a positive. Kudos to Ashley and Mr. Nicolosi for their outstanding customer service!
Just had my 6 month checkup on my ac and want to let you know how pleased I am with the service dept. A gentleman by the name of JR from the Broward County office checked my ac today. He did an excellent job, checking all aspects of the ac equipment. I just believe this man should be commended for his work and kindness. He is an asset to Air America.
I had a new AC installed on Sat and I want to complement your company and your employees from Marc the salesman to Ben and Travis the installers. Marc was very helpful, honest and detailed in explaining all about what I needed and what I would be getting. Ben and Travis were very thorough and very good customer service. They are all an asset to your company. Thank You for making us nice and cool. :)
Expressing our praise for the Air America employees, Michael (Service Tech/Rep) who evaluated our A/C problems on 10/31/13 and enabled us to purchase an entire new unit (Compressor + air handler) which was installed the next day (11/1) by Jacques and Ronell. Thank you to Joe Nicolosi for a great job, explaining the selection and installation of an Air conditioning unit. One day after the order were placed, the installation was done in a timely and professional manner. Both technician were very courteous and instructive.

I just wanted to thank you so much for your help with our air conditioner. You’re office was concerned with our situation and had some one at our home the next morning. At 7:35AM my husband noticed your truck outside and Rudy said he was going to wait until 8:00 AM to ring our bell. My husband told him to come in. Rudy was very professional and very clean. Although our air conditioner is not new he had it working within one hour. We would recommend you to anyone and will use you again.
I just had Steve Levine at my home giving me a quote on a complete air-conditioning unit. He checked my old one and explain what I needed. He was very informative and knowledgeable which made me sign the contact to have a new unit installed next week. He was very nice and professional.
