This place really do not deserve any stars. The Jamaican receptionist and the nurse working that night (Karen-Nurse Practitioner) we're horrible! I brought my mom in (because she was just released from ICU after 5 days of being there after a very intense emergency surgery ). We arrived 20 mins before their closing time. My mom was super weak and needed assistance to walk from the car to the door. That rude, unpleasant, "Uncle Tom" acting receptionist just sat there with a disgust look on her face sipping on her coffee. As she and her very quiet side kick just watched, she rudely asking what's the problem. As I try to explain, she abruptly interrupted and made it clear they can not serve her. As I begin to explain to her that she didn't let me finish;my mom was also tried to explain the service she was requesting (as she struggling to talk because she was winded after walking and in a weak state). Then the nurse comes out with an annoyed attitude and also redirected the requested service to the ER. The receptionist was more intrigued to argue with the customer with such cold-hearted demeanor other than show some care. I asked her what her name was and she replied by saying that she dod nothing wrong .I even asked if they had a walker or wheel chair so I could transport my mom back to the car (I was seriously concerned that she might fall or pass out in her state of weakness), no one answered and just had a smerk on their faces as we exit. Very unprofessional, trashy, and inconsiderate!!! I really expected more from this location. By the other reviews other people had similar experience with this rude, inconsiderate, brash receptionist. The only reason I'm writing this review so others in the future wouldn't have to experience such treatment in the future. I sure hope the manager/owner make a drastic change soon.

I thought the service at the front desk was very poor . I tried to explain my symptoms and I felt as if the receptionist was just a bit curt.
I went to This urgent caree and was diagnosed with The bird FLU. We decided to have my 3 kids and my husband tested. They tested negative. The kids and my husband started tamaflu maintenace routine. The next day 2 Of my kids became ill with High temps and they both puked up The tamiflu. I got antinausea med. I received a phone call that evening from a guy from MD now. I told him about my kids being sick now. He said they were tested too early and they had The FLU now. The next morning they puked up The Tamiflu and i Called to get them antinausea for them. I spoke to The supervisor there and she told Me they would have to be seen again. Alll 5 Of US were just seen . I have insurance but was still expensive. They gave them The Tamiflu with no way Of keeping it down. I was given The antinausea meds. Why would i have to pay for another 2 visits? For The same thing??? This is not The only bad experience I have had with them either. This was The straw that brole The camels back!!!!

I was a patient seen at MD Now and seen by Dr. Osorio. Even though I felt extremely sick, I recieved outstanding service in the Coral Springs location.I felt a warmth from the moment I was checked in up until I came to check out. Dr. Osorio gave me thorough care and was so sweet during the visit. The Medical Assistant Emily showed so much kindness and patience throughout the entire visit. I was in an out in 40 minutes plus they filled my z-pac in office for only $20! I want to give this office ZERO rating....but there was no option for that...So I have to chose minimum rating available!!!!!!!!!!!!.....This place service sucks..........no body is there to listen to you with care. They are not giving importance to your question when you call them or go personally. I went over there with my father just for nose swelling and doctor prescribe antibiotic for that and it worked well......but their billing dept put the code 786.2---which is mostly defined has cancerous situation and my insurance was not covering cancerous situation. I called office to investigate issue and they were not helping me out and handing me over to their billing department and I was keep following back and forth since 6 months and nobody has a clue what is going on and top of that I have to keep repeating my story over and over .......and when I call them...they say that they deliver my message and call me back......never called back yetttttttt....6 month..I am running out of my time limit given by my insurance...but they are very unresponsive......Very much disappointing. Can you imagine if you tell somebody you have a cancer when you have just nose swelling...what will happen to that person...???....He may have heart attack...that can kill person....BUT...some careless people does not think for other life...:(((((((((((((((( .....I would say they r doing this indirectly...knowingly or unknowingly....I will pray God to give them right thinking and helping power and I think if something like that happen to their loved one then they gonna understand ... I think...????
BEWARE & STAY AWAYGood Dr. and clean but beware! Their billing is a complete scam! They clearly post their prices as a tier based level. Our tier was 1 which was to be $289.00 and that was our estimate they printed out at checkout. Later received a bill from the physician for additional $233.00 and there was no negotiating. Our total bill went to $522.00! Stay away!Chris
