Fast and reliable. There's been 2 outages over the last 12 months and that's not bad. Outages are to be expected from time to time. I didn't know what Bluestream was until someone stopped by my business and told us we could get internet for less than what we were currently paying. We tried them out and couldn't be happier. We just started service at our new location and we were up and running in less than an hour after the techs got there.

I had the worst service from Advanced and it was the same terrible service when Bluestream took over. My son and I both filed complaints with the BBB and Consumer Affairs and, knock on wood, I was contacted by a woman by email and she sent her lead tech out. They tested my line from the node and I have not had a minute of outage since, except for when the hurricane knocked the power out, but when the power came back on, so did the internet. Don't give up, there are some OK people there, but they are insulated, who knows why, and only come into play when there are serious complaints. It isn't hard to complain to the BBB and consumer affairs, they have online complaint forms. I hope this helps, I feel your frustration.
This association is against the homeowners. Abdul Sattar president of Applegreen continues to maliciously persecute homeowners. S.E. management has condoned this behaviour for they're own benefit. Whenever we call the office they are rude and hang up the phone on us. They've used all the money to sue the same homeowners. How can this injustice be allowed. Police does not do anything but go against us. This man and se management need to be stopped. Now they wanna use our reserves for more lawsuits against homeowners. He thinks he's the owner of our units.
I wish there was an option lower then 1 star. Please do not get this garbage, it's fast but not stable whatsoever. Posted these on their Facebook account. It's such terrible service, it makes one wish for Att tech support. If you're having issues that's past a level 1 tech support on Friday at 5pm, you are SOL until Monday. I must say these two months have been the worse customer service I've ever recieved. I have a list of people I spoke to today, 8 people and issue still isn't getting resolved today.
King Point started a contract w Blue Stream and dropped Comcast. Want to scream!!The first tech to set up didn't know what he was doing. My son had to show him where to find the Password. He couldn't get it up and going. Left w a promise his Supervisor would be coming to look. Found out he walked off the job!Then another tech came. Seemed confidentWell, he had 5 different people come to help. All in all BlueStream was w us 10.5 hours in one day. Later went to watch TV, the remotes batteries were no good. We replaced them Them found out HBO & SHO were not programmed in our remotes so we couldn't access. The internet is slow and awful!!If you have Comcast or ATT stay with them. PSNothing On Demand is free! EVERYTHING has to be paid for!!����
What company is Advanced Cable cable with a different name, service and customer support are just as awful as Advanced Cable. HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
After being an owner of my property for more than 10 years the association starts towing vehicles when they are parked on the side of the road when there is NO GUEST PARKING, while other vehicles are also "violating" this rule and not being towed. Paying almost $400 a month in association fees and being disrespected while calling to find out why they did this unfair tow. The women I spoke to LYN gave me a solution of "maybe you should only have 2 cars instead of 3", after paying so much money a month in association rate you would think these people handle themselves more professionally and would be more understanding, but no. All these people will do is be rude, disrespectful and take your money, they do not care at all about you or your family.
Worst landlord ever!Money hungry... keeps adding charges every month while reducing services. I recommend people refuse to do business with this company.
Lewis Moscovitch is manipulative, con artist, compulsive liar and by far the worst landlord I have ever delt with. Do not by any means consider symphony residential has a residence because you will regret it in the end.
Horrible money hungry human being if you could call him that Louis molscovicth paid him over 23000 in rent for 1 year 5000 in extra bs charges then he tries to evict after the 3rd day of the month then ruins your credit with these eviction process he should be put it jail.
