I hired this company to move a boat for me. They quoted me a very fair price but could not find any drivers willing to move my boat for that price. Rather than come clean and tell me that the price they quoted was too low they kept giving me other reasons why drivers were not taking the job. I made the decision to purchase the boat based on their quote. Thankfully, they did not take a deposit, or I might have lost that too. Now I am looking at spending a lot more to move it. Other companies all seem to charge a deposit which makes sense to me, money in earnest means commitment and it applies both ways. I am also spending money to store and the boat now while I wait for a transporter to pick it up. Based on what other companies are charging, their quoting system is not accurate. They have cost me a lot of time and money even though I did not have to pay them in the end.

I had a fantastic experience with All Day Auto Transport! Gary was great to work with, was so helpful and worked very hard to get a difficult shipment scheduled. They were upfront about the prices and the process and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to ship their vehicle.

This company has by far the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. We agreed to have our $120K Porsche shipped from Atlanta to Los Angeles in a CLOSED CONTAINER. We received notification of our car being picked up in an open container, and immediately called to ask for a closed transport due to the cross-country nature of the trip and the inevitable road conditions that may affect our vehicle. Well, after numerous conversations where we as CUSTOMERS were accused of lying as to what we initially requested (closed container), we were hung up on and ignored. Our Porsche was delivered last night with visible body damage from rocks and handling - scratches on the tail and minute but nonetheless clear marks from rocks all over the body of our car. Not only did All Day Auto Transport not provide the service at the price we requested, they treated our requests with disrespect and carelessness. Susan, the manager who generally answers the phone should not be in the service industry. She was negligent and unwilling to negotiate regarding our situation. Never again will I use this company, and I'm going to do everything possible to make sure everyone knows how terribly operational this company works. They have a C rating on BBB - If you care about your money and your car and your mental state of mind, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. That is all. Have a lovely day.

DO NOT USE THEM!!'All day auto transport' booked me with a quote of $975 and 2 days before my car was to be transported, they increased the quote to $1375.I felt cheated and looked to find another transport company, but 2 days was a very short notice so I was stuck with this company. I went ahead and booked them.The driver never called ahead, so I contacted him. He said his order sheet read Aug 1rst as the pickup date and he would pick up that evening or go ahead without my car!!. This was very unprofessional. When I asked him why he didnt call me in advance, he said because he was busy!.My car was damaged during shipment. The driver from ADG transportation had another towing company deliver it to me. I noticed a huge scratch all the way from front wheel to the back. ADG transportation denied it and said it must have been there before he picked it up. He accused me of lying and making him responsible for this damage. He was constantly harassing me with these accusations and threatening to take my car away if I did not pay right away. I had to call the cops who guided me to call my insurance agent immediately. I eventually filed a claim and made him share his insurance information( something he did not want to reveal). I have proof - inspection sheet before the shipment had no marks on that area, and pictures from before and after shipment proved he did it, so I have a strong case. My insurance company will file a claim and fight that his insurance pay the damage.I called the broker (all day auto transport) during this event and they did not pick up my calls or call back.This has been the worst experience with any customer service I have ever had. After paying ~$1375 for car transportation, one would expect a more professional driver and customer service. I have tried to contact the broker about this many times but they have not responded yet.I hope no one gets in this messy situation and never uses this broker and transport company.

All started off well working with a Ms. Kim B. in arranging transport for a vehicle. We agreed on a price and date and payment terms. The vehicle was schedule to be picked up the following day before end-of-business hours. We agreed it would be Cash-On-Delivery. I waited an hour and a half for a call from a driver. Never got one. I called my client to see if they accidentally called him. They didn't. But he did inform me Ms. Kim B. had contacted him and demanded he pay a $150 deposit. (Funny, her e-mails says ADAT will never request a deposit up-front...) I then proceeded to call Kim B. I was promptly greeted with her voicemail. After doing some research online I came upon 7-8 different phone numbers. I called every single one and eventually made contact with a Charlie. He was of no help. Seemed to be a stand-up guy but I never heard anything back from him. After explaining to my upset customer that their vehicle would not be delivered as planned I gave it up for the night and figured I would have better luck in the AM.I have called Kim's direct line (239-307-5197) 25+ times throughout the morning, no answer. I called the corporate number (866-824-8189) and was greeted by a Lauren. She was rather stand-offish and told me Kim was in the office but was, naturally, "On the other line..." I have called Kim's direct line several more times to no avail. I am extremely disappointed and will be pursuing this matter to the fullest extent of the law.I also referenced a previous quote I had received from this "company" and noticed the Invoice#'s are exactly the same: 497027-NQ

I transported 3 cars with all day auto transport from Las Vegas Nevada to boca raton Florida back in July . I almost never leave reviews on companies but I thought this was appropriate based on how clutch this company was . I spoke with Sierra with adat and explained to her I got a new job with a small hedge fund down there and I needed to move in less than a week , so after packing my life into boxes , Sierra had my vehicles loaded on an enclosed hauler the very next day and rushed down to boca in 3 days . I would highly recommend all day auto transport !

I transported my truck from No Cal to Jersey in March. Gary was great , He had my baby picked up the next day after talking to him and delivered in less than a week. If your shipping a vehicle cross country, go with All Day Auto Transport!
