David's Bridals in Coral Gables saved my wedding day! I love them. Special thanks go to Lisa, my Stylist, and to Celia in Alterations. I bought a dress that was in stock. They had my alterations done perfectly in three days. They were amazing. The customer service was top notch. My dress was beautiful, and I had compliments from everyone. I lost a lot of weight right before the wedding. The dress that my seamstress had made me no longer fit correctly. I had to make a last minute decision to go with David's. It was definitely the right decision. Thank you again!!!!

The one star was mandatory! So don't get fooled I would give them no stars if I could. Let's start with, the people giving this store "Amazing" reviews and 5 Starts, are Davids Bridals own employees!!! This store is by far the worst Davids Bridal I have ever been in. There is a reason why they keep changing management, the employees don't go above and beyond for their customers, they don't give a damn about you, just your money. Contacting corporate? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! they just send your complaint to the store and one of their associate will call you just to "apologize" and that's it. Forgot your horrible experience, forget about the $200 spent on a dress that you couldn't wear, forgot about the hours you spent driving to their location, because they refuse to ship to a store-near-you and of course forget about the ignorant, no customer service experience associate who refused to help you or meet you half way after everything you've been through because of this store. I went through hell and back all for a specific dress, that I could not get anywhere else in the US. and all I got in return was "we will train our associates better" they don't care, you complain to corporate and all you get is some generic response from the store that you are complaining about! Find your dress somewhere else, your special day will be hell if you go to this store. I pay attention to customer service, this store and their corporate office lack the true meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Honestly, as pretty as the dresses may be, they are over priced and the service is by far the worst. I went to this store after reading all the "great reviews" and learned that it's all a lie! It's the employees writing them, because they need more sales.
We had the pleasure of working with Oscar Velez from Stanleigh's Bath & Gift Shop at last Saturday's wedding on December 22nd, 2013. The invitations created for the bride and groom were fantastic. We would highly recommend this company to print any of your next events. We look forward to working with Oscar Velez in the near future.
What a beautiful dress!! As photographers, it is always a pleasure photographing a bride in such an amazing dress. It gives us the opportunity to provide the bride and groom with images they will never forget. The dress was provided by Joaquin de Olmo. We look forward to seeing more of what this bridal dress company has to offer the future brides we will work with.
We had a great time working with Alicia Balmelli from Twinkle Twinkle Bridal Jewelry & Accessories at a wedding on November 15th, 2013. The jewelry was spectacular to photograph and gave us the opportunity to create beautiful images for our client. We look forward to working with Alicia again soon in the future.
I went to this wedding gown store after seeing a dress online which I thought was BEAUTIFUL. I saw online that the dress that I wanted has a sale of 50-$300 discount. I called to see exactly how much discount this particular dress had and the lady did not know anything about the sale. So, I explained to her that I read about it on the website and then she was like oh yes I am looking at it now. Then, I asked her if the dress I wanted was on sale. I asked her this question although I already knew it was on sale and she was like "sorry that dress is not on sale." I was like yes the Alfred's Saphire styles are on sale and immediately she was like oh yes sorry it is on sale. That already should have been a hint about how horrible this place is. Any ways, I made an appointment to go to try this dress and a few other dresses. I walked into the store and I was taken to a fitting room right away which was good. I was helped by a young lady with somewhat reddish blonde hair. She is chubby and had tattoos. The whole time she helped me she never smiled or seemed nice at all. I took my own bra and corset. I was hoping she would leave me alone for a few minutes in order to put on my bra and corset but she stayed in the fitting room with me so it was kind of awkward changing my bra in front of her. She put on the dress and did not even bother offering me a slip or a veil. So, I went outside of the fitting room and stood on the super filthy carpet they have. My sister, mom and I did not like the dress. It looked wrinkled, cheap and just ugly compared to how it looked online. The girl never tried to offer me the veil or slip to try and convince me about liking this dress. I tried a second dress out of the five I was supposed to try on and ended up leaving after the second. All the girls who worked there would look and stand around while I was looking at the dresses on me. It was an awkward and bad experience. I will buy my dress from David's Bridal instead.
My first impression was good before they got all the money from me for my 8 bridesmaids dresses. They were very helpful to the point of emailing me back and forth and the communication was very good. The Salesperson was very helpful and pleasant, and I enjoyed working with him. The tables turned when I paid off and had to ship the last 3 of the dresses as I could not pick them up at the store. They told me that it would be $10 each to ship each dress. I was expecting to get three boxes/packages. I was disappointed to see that all three dresses were STUFFED into one box with no protective covering for the dresses. The box could barely hold one of them, let alone three. I expected the sales associate to be a little more considerate, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, considering the relationship we had, but instead he insisted on telling me that I do not know their policy because I am not from the states. And that if I wanted to know if it will come in three separate boxes, I should have asked. This is the COMPANY'S policy not standard shipping policy, and he had a right to explain to me that it will not come in three boxes but I still have to pay for 3 shipping charges. It is that simple.I am a drop shipper as well, and I have drop shipped multiple packages at a time using one shipping cost, and if i had known that Alegrias was going to take advantage of me and charge me three shipping charges for one package, I would have gotten someone to do it for me. And to top all this off instead of trying to turn around the situation, he tells me that I can go ahead and write a bad review, because it will not matter to him! He does not feel guilty and he basically does not care. I have seen other reviews similar to mine on this company, where they are nice to you up until the point that you are fully paid off on your purchase. So use at your own risk.
