WE HAVE SPENT APPROXIMATELY $4,000 WITH THIS COMPANY IN EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION AND HAD 2 MONITORING ACCOUNTS TOTALING OVER $700.00 YEARLY. EVEN THOU YOU PAY IN FULL FOR ALL ALARM EQUIPMENT, PAUL THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, WILL REPLACE THE FACTORY DEFAULT CODES OF THE ALARM PANEL AND WILL LOCK THE ALARM PANEL WITH HIS OWN CODE IN ORDER TO MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO CHANGE FROM MONITORING SERVICE AGREEMENTS TO ANOTHER COMPANY. IN ADDITION, THIS COMPANY INSTALLED A DEFECTIVE PET MOTION WITCH CAUSED 5 FALSE ALARMS WHILE MY FAMILY WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY. EVEN THOU, WE PAID FOR THIS UNKNOWINGLY DEFECTIVE UNIT IN FULL, HE WILL NOT REPLACE OR CORRECT THIS DEFECTIVE UNIT. HE WILL ALSO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL FALSE ALARMS GENERATED BY HIS POOR SERVICE CALL AND BAD UNIT. IN MY OPINION AND EXPIERENCE, I WOULD STAY AWAYS FROM DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE CANCELLED BOTH ACCOUNTS WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT REFER ANY FURTHER BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY, WHICH UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE IN THE PAST. WE HAVE TAKEN OUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE WHICH ARE PLENTY IN SIMILAR SERVICES AND HAVE FOUND MUCH BETTER SERVICE, HONORALBE BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS AND TRULY DO APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS AND REFERALS.

Terrible experience and I would NEVER recommend this company. Minuteman press is anything but fast and diligent. But most shocking was their lack of customer service and professionalism. We reached out to Minuteman Press to inquire about pricing and options for printing business cards. They responded predominately quick via email but that was about the extent of the good part of my experience. After a week of waiting for the cards, they decided to let us know that the order was never filed and/or lost, with no apology. Fast forward another week and they totally misunderstood our request and did not adhere to our original phone and email conversations and almost printed 500 of the wrong type of business card. Luckily we stopped in to see what the status of the printing was before the printing was initiated since too much time had passed and instead of being helpful, they were hostile and defensive. Fast forward another week and upon being told the cards would FINALLY be ready in an hour, they ruined the cards by cutting them too soon thus ruining the ink and delaying the process yet again. They offered no apology and showed no concern for our time or need for a smooth ordering process. Upon coming in for the final time to pick up the business cards and pay the remaining balance, Amir, the owner, was incredibly rude and defensive. His overall unprofessional demeanor including his lack of customer service was flabbergasting. He never once apologized for the delayed service and instead placed blame on us as to why the cards took so long to be printed. Never once did he take responsibility for his company's delays and screw ups. If his general sarcastic demeanor, unpleasant smirk or incredibly rude mumbles were not enough, the icing on the cake was his departing words in response to my comments about his lack of customer service stating "I have been in business for over 10 years, I must be doing something right..." Unbelievable. We strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice.
