In one word incompetent.Rude customer service, terrible referral department, the billing department has no clue. The clinics are understaffed by rude office workers and doctors who know little medicine or studied in Dominican Republic, a lot of DO's.They misdiagnosed apnea as CHF, gave my wife a hysterectomy-she needed a cystocele.Tried to illegally raise my rates 3 times in a year which took the FL Consumer Affairs Department and the Insurance Commissioner to correct.3 months after they canceled my plan and even though I never received Obama Care while a member they sent me a fully filled out IRS form 95 in the mail with my complete SOCIAL SECURITY number. I was a victim of identity theft and it took over 9 months to get my IRS return last year but they don't care.Called to complain, customer service agent was rude, spoke no English and her Spanish was worseshe refused to connect me with her supervisorI called billing was hung up on me before I could finish a sentence. Refered by Baptist Hospital. First visit very well I was impressed. Second visit for unnecessary blood test I went along but I had just had all tests at the hospital they only had to request the records and don't make expend $47.00. That day I had the appointment at 8am and at nine am had to complaint. .......many other PATIENTS walked in and out with visible test done and is totally unaceptable "the favoritism". Receptionists run the place as they WANT, BY THE Way very unprofessional. .....never in agreement, too slow and not organize at all. One printer for every thing.......had to wait for all the back up to be printed in order to get my cc payment receipt on top receptionists do give you an attitude. What really is even more upsetting. You go and follow instructions followed my appointment as Baptist Hospital instructed and I was great full able to find a Primary Dr. This was the reason. Tube la equivocation de Afiliarme a este plan. Aunque no puedo decir nada del service porque nunca tube una poliza activa ya q cansele mi poliza 3 dias despues de haberla abierto. Y haberla pagado. Si puedo decir q el service al CLIENTS es lo peor q nadie pueda imaginar deja mucho q decir del plan medico en general. Nadie te sabe decor nada siempre q llamas tienes q comenzar de cero nadie te da una respuesta, la mayoria te deja con la palabra el la voca y simplemente te transfiere (mal educados)con el finalmente te a tienda queda con darte una respuesta (devolverte la llamada) y si esperalos sentados comodamente. Sigo esperando mi rembolso de una poliza q fue candelada el 1 de abril. Poliza I'D 628216 poliza 4899102. Q falta de respect y lo rapido q cobraron . Ni si quiere a mi enemigo le deciaria o recomendaria algo asi.
Hace 5 meses hicimos el obamacare y nos dieron pmp. Hasta hoy julio 23 b9 h3mos recibido ni tarjeta, ni paquete. Hemos hablados varias veces con diferentes personas y supervisore. Signed up through Obamacare. These guys took my money immediately, and efficiently. When it comes to providing some sort of service for that money, well, things have not been nearly so smooth. It might be fair to say they have been a nightmare. No one answers the phones, as others have noted. Like, they do not ever answer the phones. Not for their customers, not for doctors. Okay, eventually they do answer. It takes an hour or more of rings before someone will pick up, and usually several days of trying. Often, whoever finally answers the phone will be flat out clueless when confronted with the most basic of questions. It took me seven weeks after they started taking my money just to get my little card proving I have coverage. On the card, they assigned me a primary care doctor. It was a pediatrician. I am a 46 year old man. I've been trying to call them to get this rather important little detail cleared up. I've been trying for days now. No one answers the phone. I'm actually starting to be impressed at how bad these guys are. They're dazzling me.
El peor seguro que existe, con un cancer no son capaces de ayudarte despues de 16 años pagando una poliza, las autorizaciones no llegan nunca y cuando llegan son a medicos no capacitados, en fin huyan a tiempo, yo cai en sus garras por el cancer que sufro
Good luck getting someone on the phone to atleast try to find out what doctor you can go to but they super quick to take your money and send somebody all the way down to your hospital where you are staying to tell you that you have to transfer to a crappy hospital or you will not be covered. I was staying at the hospital nearest to where I live and they made me transfer to another hospital at 2 am because god forbid they have to pay out. Even the nurse said that was messed up of them. I asked the insurance man that came to tell me I had to transfer hospitals if it was because I had Obamacare and he flat-out lied to my face and told me that no other insurance covered that hospital; I then asked the hospital if they take Obamacare through other insurance plans and they said yes. Will be saying good riddance to this insurance company soon and I hope they go out of business for their lack of professionalism and customer servicing. I don't know how they are allowed to be in business.
