Founded in 1946, Temple Judea is a reform Jewish congregation. The temple s synagogue programs focus on the teachings of Torah and other Jewish texts. It offers various worship and Shabbat services. Temple Judea also provides babysitting services during Shabbat sessions. The temple operates The Margaux Early Childhood School, which is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The school serves toddlers and students in pre-kindergarten. Its Shir Ami Religious School offers educational programs for students in kindergarten through grade six. Temple Judea additionally provides middle and high school programs for students in grades 7 through 12. The temple offers several adult education programs. It maintains a library that houses a collection of more than 5,000 Jewish books. Temple Judea is a member of the Union for Reform Judaism.
