I met Attorney Schechner while visiting a client in South Florida. Mark didn't only become my go-to Attorney but also was a role model of how I wanted to become as a business professional. Under his guidance and expertise, I profited from the real estate industry (despite almost stubbornly pursuing a transaction definitely not profit worthy). Years later I turn to him for real estate advice. He exudes "seasoned real estate expert" yet is never arrogant. I moved to CT recently from Florida but will always turn to Mark for any real estate needs that arises in the sunshine state.
