I've taken my Himalayan cat here twice and both times she has been turned into me looking terrible. The first time I asked for a lion cut. This must have been the worst lion cut I had ever seen. She had patches all over and the cut was not even. I brought her home and my husband was in shock at the terrible job they did. He asked me to never take her back.



Unfortunately, I'm the type of person that gives a second chance and the benefit of the doubt. I took my cat back months later for a second cut. This time I had asked for her to be completely shaven since I knew they sucked at lion cuts. The assistant who answered my voice message was very accommodating and friendly saying I can bring my cat in the following day. When I called to schedule my appointment, the owner answered and she was the total opposite of her assistant--cold, not customer oriented, and dry.



So I take my cat hoping that a complete shave would be done and easy. WRONG!!! I had to pick up my cat before 6pm. I was on a business call since 3:30PM and the call ended at 5:45PM. I had forgotten to pick up my cat after that since I was all worked up with a business call gone wrong. You would think the owner would call to tell me, "Hey, your kitty is here. Please don't forget to pick her up." Yeah right. No courtesy call.



I didn't realize I had left my kitty there until 9:00PM. I felt horrible about it, but there was nothing I could do. The following day, I'm up by 6:00AM. I receive a call at 6:45AM from the owner telling me that I had left my cat overnight. I told her I would be there by 7:15AM to pick her up. I get there at 7:10AM and the owner starts small talk with me asking what happened and I explained to her about my call. As she is putting my cat into the pet taxi, she tells me that an additional $20 would have to be charged since the cat was left overnight. I was in SHOCK when she told me this for the following reasons: (a) no where in the SHOP does it state that there is a $20 overnight fee, (b) I didn't receive a call the day before to remind me to pick up my cat, AND (c) she waited until the very next morning to make that courtesy call knowing that she was going to make an extra $20. WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THAT???



WARNING TO CAT OWNERS: Please do not take your cat here. I have attached pictures of the horrible cut they gave my cat.



Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. That's it. Never again!

Rude owner. They put absolutely no love into their work. Cat came back looking like she had been shaved down by a 5 year old. You get what you pay for.

i'm a new mother of a old cocker spaniel, i took Sasha to Cori Grooming and they treated her like a princess, she came out looking beautiful and it did not cost me a fortune compared to other groomers.

Cori has a soft and loving touch - she is also a great groomer. My dog has never looked this good. She does the nails and gets no complaints.



A wonderful place to take the pooches for a "make-over"!!!
