My first impression was good before they got all the money from me for my 8 bridesmaids dresses. They were very helpful to the point of emailing me back and forth and the communication was very good. The Salesperson was very helpful and pleasant, and I enjoyed working with him. The tables turned when I paid off and had to ship the last 3 of the dresses as I could not pick them up at the store. They told me that it would be $10 each to ship each dress. I was expecting to get three boxes/packages. I was disappointed to see that all three dresses were STUFFED into one box with no protective covering for the dresses. The box could barely hold one of them, let alone three. I expected the sales associate to be a little more considerate, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, considering the relationship we had, but instead he insisted on telling me that I do not know their policy because I am not from the states. And that if I wanted to know if it will come in three separate boxes, I should have asked. This is the COMPANY'S policy not standard shipping policy, and he had a right to explain to me that it will not come in three boxes but I still have to pay for 3 shipping charges. It is that simple.I am a drop shipper as well, and I have drop shipped multiple packages at a time using one shipping cost, and if i had known that Alegrias was going to take advantage of me and charge me three shipping charges for one package, I would have gotten someone to do it for me. And to top all this off instead of trying to turn around the situation, he tells me that I can go ahead and write a bad review, because it will not matter to him! He does not feel guilty and he basically does not care. I have seen other reviews similar to mine on this company,where they are nice to you up until the point that you are fully paid off on your purchase. So use at your own risk.
